I called to get an estimate and Edwin came the same day. He gave me a quote to clear leaves between mid October and early December - this job takes my husband nearly all of his weekend every weekend during the Fall because of the number of trees and leaves we have on our property. I told him I'd have to get back to him because I wasn't ready to commit that day. When I called, he was out of the country on an emergency (per his voicemail) and I left a message. He called back when he returned and came by to have me sign the proposal. It took several weeks before they came for the first time, but that was the understanding when we discussed the job originally. There were a lot of leaves by this point, but since we knew we didn't have to clean them, we weren't too worried. They cleared the whole area in about 2 1/2-3 hours and (per proposal) pushed the leaves to the back of the property. It was about 3 weeks later when it started to get bad again, and it was near Thanksgiving so I called to ask if they could come before the holiday as we were having guests. They showed up that afternoon. That was the last time I saw them, despite Edwin saying they would probably come three times, the last one being the first week of December. But hardly anything fell after Thanksgiving, so it's not an issue.
