Bob was very responsive to our needs. He started the job as we left for vacation, when we returned the job was finished and looked beautiful. He is very professional and his work shows it.

We are very pleased with the job that Bob and his team did painting our home. He is thorough, careful, professional and above all does quality work. It was not an easy project, but he took the time to do it right. He was also very knowledgeable about products to use and what doesn't attract mold. I highly recommend him!

Before we moved into our newly purchased, four-year old home, we hired Bob Ritacco and his happy, friendly crew to paint the interior from top to bottom and powerwash and stain the front door, portico and back deck. The quality of their work transformed our home. During the process, my husband and I would drive over in the evenings just to look at the walls. We spent several happy evenings literally watching paint dry. Bob and his crew were total pros ? polite, neat, efficient and reliable. Bob was very responsive calling me promptly and demonstrating good follow up. He arrived at the agreed upon date and time. He gave me an estimate for the worki I had in mind but also gave me a referral to another contractor who could give me prices on my other options. In the end I worked with both of rom them. Bobs team was there each day until the job was done. They were very detailed, thorough and did a great job! They also did an excellent job cleaning up. Everyone was courtesy and friendly as well. I highly recommend JR Rittacvo!

Our experience with Bob, owner of RJ Ritacco Painting Co, his two employees, Shauna and Lisa, was excellent. Starting with the initial communication via telephone, and later with email, Bob always let us know what was going on. All three are very respectful, friendly, polite, and very hardworking. Their painting skills were AAA plus! Bob was able to patch the most obvious dents in our old aluminum siding perfectly. The crew setup and cleaned up daily, being very careful not to drip paint. We only had trouble with the weather which didn't cooperate and extended the job out about three weeks. But you can't argue with Mother Nature!

Bob and his crew did excellent work. Everything came out looking new and clean, and we had alot of damage to our walls. They worked very hard over the course of a week and did not skimp on anything. Highly recommended.

It was a day and a half job and they were on time both days. So accommodating and did an outstanding Job! Room looks better then it did before the leak and the house is only a year old! If I noticed anything they had NP touching it up! I highly recommend Bob and his team! Thanks so much Bob and team and will be using your services in the future!

Bob is the best! When he first came for an estimate, the appointment completely fell off our radar and we weren't home. He meanwhile came and took the necessary exterior measurements and when we called to apologize and reschedule, he couldn't have been more gracious about it and was already able to go over an estimate. Our entire house was covered in a mix of very old weathered shingles and brand new shingles that were put in when we were having renovations done. Bob was so accommodating and invaluable in figuring out how the old and new shingles would look together after power washing and staining. There was a lot of trial and error and he came out to our house several times to test the different shingles. We ultimately decided to re-side most of the house and found a great carpenter on his recommendation. From that to deciding on paint and stain colors, Bob was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. His prices are competitive. The work was excellent and everyone had great attention to detail. Lines are sharp, windows are clean, no drips or splatters, etc. Most importantly, he takes pride in what he does and the results reflect that. From our neighbors to our package carriers, we get so many compliments on our home. We couldn't be happier with our experience or the way it all turned out.

, .His work showed a sincere desire for perfection and to please a customer. He worked from 8:30 to 730 in order to make sure that the job was done correctly. Based on this experience I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a good painter. He was prompt and courteous showing professionalism throughout. I plan to use him again in the near future.

Purchased a BIG DEAL through Angies List. Bob was very prompt in responding, and his final price (to include closet, ceiling & trim) was very fair. He seemed very professional, and I look forward to to the completion of his work, which is scheduled for this coming Monday ~ 3/31/14. At that time I will review the quality of work, which I anticipate to be very satisfactory! Update: Bob did an excellent job ~ he was quick, but thorough, old walls were repaired seamlessly. VERY satisfied customer! Thank you!

Well done job. Extra sanding on deck due to pressure wash (did not change contracted price). Very pleased, anticipate using contractor again. Only negative is that the job took longer than anticipated, but that was due to weather conditions.

The guy did a neat job. He didn't get any paint on the floors.

They are friendly. They show up when they say they're going to. Their prices are fair. They are very careful with the work they do.

We live in a beautiful 100-year-old house with plaster walls. We had had water damage to several walls and a ceiling. We also had a couple of holes in our living room wall. Bob Ritacco and his daughter came in and made it all disappear. They showed up on time;even when they were working, they never made a mess...and I cannot imagine a contractor more professional or honest. In about three days, they repaired a large area of ceiling that could have collapsed at any time, reconstructed water-damaged moulding and filled in several holes in our living room wall that had been made to accomodate the wires of a flat-screen tv. They also repaired several cracks in our back hall, living room and bedroom, as well as painting the upstairs bathroom, our back hall, part of the living room and part of our bedroom. They were very neat while they were working and everything was completely clean before they left at the end of the day. Mjoreover, in each space, the final result was pristine. Bob is a stickler for detail. Before painting anything, he meticulously washed the surface to ensure that the paint would last. I know for a fact that this makes a big difference because Bob had painted almost every room in our house 17 years ago when we first moved in and the only rooms that needed repainting were in areas where there had been water damage. Everything else still looks great. That's why I searched him out when we needed work done again. Pricewise, he's not the lowest, but he's not the highest either. Every penny we spent was well worth it. He does the job right, at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. I recommend him with absolutely no reservations.

He had painted my house 15 years ago. He is meticulous. He comes in and did everything. He cleans it so that if you paint the dirty walls the paint doesn’t match. He really comes in with special stuff that cleans everything. He is completely neat while he is doing it. He is meticulous to detail. I had some water damage and couple of holes that we had cut out to put in big screens. He didn’t paint the whole room but also fixed the places where there was a problem you cannot help. He saved me a fortune instead of redoing the whole room. I only had to do small areas because it was a pretty large living room. He is very professional and very right. I can’t recommend him highly enough. When he left everything was beautiful and perfect. The first time I used him 15 years ago and I didn’t need painting till now. So when I needed I went in search of him. He is little bit expensive than other people but you really get what you are paying for and it’s not much more expensive so might be he is in the ballpark. I am so happy that I went with him and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very professional. He is great and this time his daughter was helping him. She is kind and gets along. I don’t’ think that I have ever had someone like him. I would use him again in a heartbeat for any kind of painting needs.

My opinion of this company is a good one. They were good about clean up, prices, and generally respectful of my home. When I hire people, I want to watch them. They handled that well. I felt valued and could recommend them. I walked away satisfied and that is what was most important to me.
