 + 1 moreTotally satisfied with all the work performed by HMC/Keith Roosa. I could not be more please with our relationship over the years. He did an artistic job on an centrally located fireplace and chimney in the two story great room of my Pocono lake house.
Description of Work: I've contracted with Hickory Mountain Chimney to do work for me every year since 1996 when they installed a new fireplace and chimney system. Hickory Mountain Chimney (Keith Roosa, the Business Owner) installed a fireplace and chimney system in home I built in 1996. The project cost totaled more than $20,000. He has cleaned the fireplace and chimney almost every year since it's installation. I also contracted with him for to correct damage I caused to the fireplace about four years ago. The repair cost was in the range of $500.

 + -1 moreI had no problems scheduling the appointment or with anything else. They always come on time and both the staff and management are friendly and professional. They do good, solid work and I've never had a problem with the install. I like that they don't try to up-sell you on things like repairs or maintenance, which I really appreciate.
Description of Work: They installed an oil chimney liner, and from the roof line up, rebuilt the chimney. They also did silicone caulking on the flashing on a separate occasion.

 + -1 moreIt was awesome. They did a great job. I have off-white carpeting and it was spotless when they were done. We had just moved in and they gave us some starters and tips on wood fires, as well as some safety information. The price was also reasonable.
