Eric came by the same day I called (on a Saturday). He was local and swung by just hours after I reached out to him. He was very professional, courteous and likeable. He checked all the wiring behind the stove as well as my circuit breaker downstairs. We isolated the issue to the stove which is under warranty by Sears. A job well done by a local and responsive business owner. I'd highly recommend him.

Eric was very easy to speak with and knows his stuff. He came to our house and understood our needs and made recommendations immediately. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and uses high quality materials. He is not a sales guy - I felt I could trust his recommendations. Eric was a little slow to send the estimate - I had to nudge him by phone/email, and he took another day to respond to tell me he had been delayed. He probably does everything himself, so that can happen. I think his estimate was very good, and we are weighing our options right now

Eric is great. He analyzed our home for Heat Pumps and installed three. Best investment we ever made in our home! Now our home is air conditioned in the summer and the heat pumps supply additional heat in winter. Eric was great to work with and very honest. I recommend him strongly - he's the kind of workman we all look for and is so hard to find. He's also done electrical work for us and he does solar installations too ( but we have not done that yet.) If you do not have central air and you are considering it you should take a serious look at these heat pump units before you do anything else - excellent work and very cost efficient. Plus a large rebate from Central Hudson for installing them.
