Reliable professional n dedicated to their job

Gene and Paul was amazing throughout the process. We met through home Advisor and they gave me a quote then worked with me to ensure i was happy throughout the process. I have liked them so much that after the major reno i have been using them for handman work too. It is great to have a trusted licensed professional who can assist from the big jobs for a massive extension to swapping out a outlet, caulking a shower, widows etc. I own a few properties feel that Paul and Gene have done a great job between setting expectations and following through. Paul provides a detailed invoice for additional work and when i need him I texted or call. I had a leak at another building and he was kind enough to come ensure all was well. Old pipes seems to get pin hole leaks. 70 year building will have issues over time.

The most unprofessional home contractor I have ever worked with. Promised to power wash the entire house and quoted the work for 12 hours but only did 4 hours and still expected full pay. Barely cleaned the surface. Over promised and severely under delivered. Avoid them and save yourself some money. The owner has no problem telling a lie.

I thought they did a great job on my bathroom. The timeline went beyond the original projection which I believe could have been avoided, but overall I was very happy with the work and the service. Also, the communication on the job was excellent. I would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

Tanem Construction was also extremely reasonable. Their estimate for my job was thousands of dollars less than other estimates we received.

I needed to replace our attic stairs. They sent one man who needed help. The job was not going well so the same man and the owner of the company came back the next day and spent about 4 hours making the job right. I was very pleased with the service and making sure the job was done right.

I was very specific about the design of the laundry room and Tanem made it exactly as I hoped. They gave a detailed estimate, explained all that I needed to know as the job progressed and showed up on time exactly as promised. All workers were courteous and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or to use them again.

Great working with this company! Excellent work ethics. They worked well within the time constraints I had which was very helpful. Very Personable Father And Son duo! Only criticism I have is just a little bit more attention to the minute details towards the end, but overall a very pleasant experience . I will be working with them again for my next project and I definitely recommend them.
