I have used them many times and they have done great work!

This is my second time working with Reunited and I continue to be very happy with their work. Always friendly and respectful, they did an excellent job fixing my bathroom sink. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were very respectful, very patient with me, and very nice. They explained everything as they went, they were on time every day and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrendous!! signed a contract to begin work on may 1, 2017 with a completion date of may 14, 2017...didn't begin until may 2, 2017...it is now june 1, 2017 and the bathroom is 3/4 done with no knowledge of when they will complete the job...this is a typical contractor whereas they book multiple jobs at one time and then collect their down payment, come in to start the job but then jockey back and forth to other jobs delaying the completion of your job...they were sloppy, unprepared with the proper tools to begin work everyday whereas we had to provide them with a ladder, duct tape, and a few other miscellaneous items because the independent contractor, who they hired, did not have what was needed to put in a full day because equipment was at another job !(this was due to the fact that he was being directed by Artie, the owner of Reunited, to go to another job on a daily basis as the other customer was vehemently complaining about problems they were having with this company as well)... they showed up between 10 and 11 a.m. and worked between 4-6 hours per day and did not come at least 2 days within the time frame they advised was agreed to complete the job...i was promised, at the time the contract was signed, that once the job was started, they would be here exclusively, until the job was completed; evidence by the completion date shown on the contract! 1 month later, only 3/4 of the work is done with no end in sight! they did not properly block off the rest of the house to mitigate dust and debris (which was agreed would be done) leaving a mess each day for me to clean up...1 month later, still dust settling everywhere...1 person was left to rip the entire bathroom and we were well aware that he was just merely a helper and did not possess the skills to complete the job properly...he was left alone as his boss had to go to another job the same day...we were promised a CREW once the job began and their interpretation of a crew was 1 man and an unskilled helper...the frustration we are experiencing has been overwhelming and despite discussions with the owner, Artie, no resolve! he showed up here 2 times in 3 weeks to collect money both times yet no other monitoring of the job was done otherwise: clearly a lack of interest in customer satisfaction! i have since requested an itinerary of how they plan to complete the job with actual commitment of days and hours and it has now been several days and they are looking for a new contract to change their obligation of what was agreed to at the time the original contract was signed! to date, no response to my request as i have given them 2 opportunities to make good for their unreliability and they refuse to commit to dates and full day commitment through to completion...buyer beware as they are money hungry and are booking as many jobs as they possibly can and just like us, you could be on the receiving end of a slipshod job which will last forever and which may never be completed!! We had a few issues with our expectations based on the proposal and problems that came up, which is to be expected. However, Steve was very responsive and quickly resolved them. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom.

They are very professional

The guys who came to the house were very nice and courteous, but they rushed the job and it showed in the work. We also had and am still having problems from the work that was done and ended up paying more money to fix problems from the job that was done. Update: Reunited did come back and made corrections to our satisfaction!

We couldn't be happier with Reunited Home Improvements. Artie and his team did an exceptional job on our kitchen. They were quick, courteous, and professional. I strongly recommend Reunited to anyone needing contracting work in the area.

Amazing work completed well before the quoted time frame

They are a general contractor. They do not do the work themselves. I even asked if they subbed it out, the son said they work for us. This was a lie. All the workers come from the Bronx. Which means if you live on the south shore on the Nassau/Suffolk border their start time is after 11 am. My tub was scratch, which they did tell me about and kind of fixed it. The fixtures are off center in the tub. The sink is in crooked. Grout is already coming up and the tiles are not in smooth. When they mounted the new medicine cabinet they cut into the paneling on the outside of the wall. When they final came to repair it they user large finishing nails so I have lots of little holes in my paneling. The guys that came to fix that knew nothing about fixing the rest of the issues. I have reached out to Artie many times but after a couple of months I am just giving up.

I would highly recommend Reunited Home Improvements. Artie and Steve were very attentive and caring. They were at the site daily ensuring that everything was being done to my satisfaction. The job was done when they said they would do it and it was completed when they said it would be. Their price was very reasonable. The quote they gave me was the final cost of the project. There were no additional charges despite the fact that I tacked on some additional things that I wanted done. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Reunited did an excellent job installing our new siding. Artie and his crew were very responsive, providing a very competitive rate and completing the project on a timely basis. The job looks fantastic and we have received numerous compliments. All of our needs were addressed -- a job well done!

Never returned calls on time. Always in a hurry. Never kept promises about the next visit to continue project. Cabinet drawers fell apart. Just a money grabber. Overall awful Said work would be done in 3days took 1 month.

The service provider did a wonderful job and were very receptive to the concerns I had and I would recommend them to anyone.
