Artie was exceptionally honest. I paid him, and he came back again to take care of a few extra things. He was as good as his word.

Update 5/3/18: Went to turn on my AC and it did not work. Upon closer inspection I found my compressor unit outside has been damaged during the roof work. Apparently while they ripped the old roof off, they chucked it wherever was easiest. Just found pieces of roof in my compressor on the side of the house along with nails. Wiring has been damaged by the debris falling in the compressor. This just adds to the damage done to two of my windows and door. See below for original review. Beware. Terrible. Artie promised that all work would be done by in house guys. All work was done by subcontractors. When I asked about this, he was offended and said the contract states he can use subcontractors to which I reminded him that before I signed I pointed out that I saw this in the contract before I signed and he said it would only be in house guys. When I reminded him of this, he responded by saying, "yeah well, we merged with that company." The guys doing the work and their boss confirmed my suspicion and said they were subcontracted by Artie. He convinced me prior to signing the contract to also have roofing and gutter work done which I agreed to. All I will say is what a mess was left that I will be cleaning up for months with nails all over my lawn as well as big chunks of old roof shingle and sharp metal from the gutter. As for the bathroom, the whole process was a nightmare. After demo, ceiling was installed and they covered up my AC vent that was in the bathroom. They told me don't worry about that it would be fine. Floor tiles were intitially installed wrong and I had to argue to have them correct this. Wall tile sunk in where the tension shower rod was installed which they also had to come out to fix. Fixtures, towel rack and toilet paper holder fall right off the wall. Vanity and cabinets were banged up and scratched up during install. 1 set of Door molding that I bought 2 sets of for the interior and exterior of of the bathroom door was cut up and used as window molding which was installed crooked. Somehow I was held responsible and had to buy a new set. In fact there is some material that after speaking to other contractors at this point I now know was considered "raw material" I paid for out of my pocket even though it should have been covered under the contract and my payments to Reunited. Its been a few weeks since the bathroom was completed and we have grout cracking and falling out and will probably have to hire a different contractor to fix this. All work, bathroom, roof and gutters were promised to be done in 7 days. This did not happen do to failure to order the new skylight which couldn't be ordered because they never measured it. When the roof was complete the skylight did not work and took 5 trips to figure out what was wrong. The final trip they came out with a rep from the skylight company who found that the skylight was wired wrong. Instead of being embarrassed by this, they turned around and aske

It was a good experience working with Steve at Reunited. siding/insulation project was done in 2 days, by an efficient , careful, courteous team. The prep & cleanup was excellent. Steve was always available to handle questions & concerns , from estimate to completion.I am pleased with the results. I would recommend Reunited Home Improvement for this project.

The bathroom remodel took longer than it should have, mostly because of tye plumber.

Artie (owner) should have supervised the job better, but Eddie (a hard worker) came through in the end and finished with a flare! The bathroom came out quite nice and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend but just stay on top of the job.

Had several estimates done for a complete bathroom reno. Reunited came in at a very reasonable price. Start time was not definitely set, but once they got here they were very fast and efficient. Workmanship was very good. The main contractor was very creative in solving any problems that arose. Would definitely use them again.

Very Fast and helpful. Hard working skilled crew. Sometimes hard to reach because of too busy, but that's about the only thing.

Reunited home improvement was great! They replaced my siding with new vinyl siding on my entire home and it could not have been better! They were fast to the job, on time always, and just overall 5 stars. I would honestly recommend them.

This contractor promised a bunch of things when he came for the estimate. He told us he would include it in his price. When the job was over he had attempted to bill us an extra $1200 for items that he never made us aware that his men were installing per day. We specifically asked to install a new ceiling fan. At the end of the job the owners partner claims that it's not in the contract. Not only did Steve claim to include the ceiling fan in his contract but he recommended specific brand. They were supposed to include all the raw materials including plumbing, electrical wiring and Lumber. We were told they would frame out the shower. They claimed that they had to straighten out a wall and that wasn't included in the original price for lumber. They changed the shower drain which was extra as well as the toilet bowl flange. I would've gladly paid them for their material had a present to meet with receipts upon installation in cash. We had also asked them to re-finish and polish and existing piece of marble countertop. They were supposed to include this in the original price, this was never completed. Their contract said they did they would cover all the floors with paper and cover all furniture with plastic. All my furniture is covered in dust. They never closed off the upstairs hallway with zipped off plastic as promised. Dust is all over my entire house. We expected some dust on the floors but not an all of our furniture. I told the owner to present me an itemized bill with receipts for extra material and I would gladly pay him. That was never presented at the end of the job therefore I refuse to pay him the extra material until I receive receipts for extra material as well as labor which should've been recorded on a daily basis. He told me he does not bill per hour for labor, he charges per day. His partner told me they charge per job. Their stories aren't adding up. His employees should've notified us of extra work and cost per day of what they had completed so we can keep track of the billing. This was never done. They lost out on thousands of dollars of extra work and other jobs in my home because they try to charge us extra's for work they were supposed to do any original contract.

steve and aris have an excellent crew. their work was top notch. every thing was done on time as promised and either steve or aris took care of all my concerns. i would hire them again and highly recommend them. UPDATE: I contacted the contractor on the promises he made but he never showed up
