Description of Work: Called for a 12' x12 ' wood deck refinishing, and a possible refinishing of all the wood floors on the ground floor of a cape. Confirmed the Appt. On June 30, for July 2 at 9AM. Contractor never showed. Waited 1 1/2 hours. No answer on the service telephone. Contractor never called.

Description of Work: Power washed and painted entire exterior of house, painted all ceiling inside 3 bedroom 2 bath house, painted all trim inside house. They did a great job! In the beginning it took a while to get the initial estimate and then once the contract was signed it took another couple of weeks before they could actually start the work. But, they were super professional throughout the process and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends neighbors or relatives. Jason B. is a true professional and a good businessman he is true to his word and can be relied upon if he makes a promise.

Description of Work: I used a different professional painted and he did the work in 2 days and used Benginam Moore |top shelf paint and primer and charged $500.00 Painter used 2 different shades of paint. He also did all the trim and ceiling in flat white. He covered all the furniture and carpet. The square footage of our sunroom is 150sq ft. PRECISION PAINTING said the job would take 4 to 5 days and the cost of materials was extra. You should not allow them to advertise on your services without you visiting someone who is interviewing them for a quote! They are bad for your services offered. Description of Work: Painted living room, kitchen, dining room, hallways, closets, repaired ceiling cracks and painted there, repaired holes in closet & bathroom and painted there; Sanding/staining/finishing wood kitchen counter. All work was excellent, with multiple skills (carpentry, plastering, caulking, painting) of crew led by Andres. Crew was hard-working and very pleasant to deal with. Matt, the estimator and program manager, was also really good to deal with - responsive, positive, courteous.

Description of Work: Had wallpaper removed from small kitchen, skim-coated and painted. Work involved only upper half of walls as lower half is wainscotted. Precision had 2 men working and they were able to finish all in one day. Men were professional, and we were happy with the results. They also cleaned up after the job nicely.

Description of Work: We needed exterior trim and door painting done. Adam Young who was very professional came for estimates. He explained to us the process in detail and email us the estimates a few days later. Once we decided to use PPP, they emailed us the contract, we signed and return it with email. After we sent in the color code for the trim and doors, we were assigned a job date. The painters came on time and Adam also stopped by daily to check on the progress. The work was done in three days. Very happy with PPP, especially Adam for taking care of all the details. I highly recommend PPP and Adam Young.
