Description of Work: Full basement and stairs done with Berber rug. Daughters bedroom carpeted.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience went off without a hitch, from the time we met with them in their shop to the time they installed. I have no complaints and I wouldn't change anything.
Description of Work: A couple of years ago my family had our basement finished. I had previous contact with this company because they donated carpet for a charity fundraiser I was part of, so I decided to try them for carpet installation. They were very professional and very helpful. What I appreciated the most was that their installers respected the fact that I have children--they informed me of any time they used loud tools and they never once used undesirable language (other contractors have not been so considerate). When we had a laundry machine flood which ruined the carpet earlier in the year, we contacted the same company and they helped us match the exact same carpet. Despite having different installers, they were equally as professional. They installed premium padding and our basement has transformed from a hard-tile scary place to a warm and safe playroom.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. I recommended them to my neighbor and now they have been going to them for years. They did a lot of work to make my tile even. They did a wonderful job. The quality of their rugs is fantastic as well. I can't believe the work they have done. One of the workers even came back to complete the job. They are all very kind.
Description of Work: I had tile that was uneven. The tile was higher than the floor in our living room. They put wood down to make the ground steady. I also had a bubble in my rug about 8 months ago. They came out to fix it, and taught me how to properly clean it.

+ -1 moreScheduling never went smootly. Many reasonable exuses but rarely were the installers there on time and consistently hAd to return to Fi ish or fix something. Which just led to more appointments subject to problems .Owner was very apologetic and did Adjust the price due to the scheduling issues.
