+ -1 moreThe worker was excellent. My only problem was that he didn't give me a receipt for the work. I wanted to have proof that I paid him and since the work is warrantied I wanted a receipt. I had to call several times until they emailed the receipt. I don't think that was right and I won't do business with anyone who says they will email the receipt.
Description of Work: The springs on the left side of my garage door broke and I couldn't open the garage door. Long Island Garage Door came and replaced both sides of the door with new springs.

+ -1 moreMike was the one who installed the opener. very professional and quick. seem like he new what he was doing. he even stayed extra to program my cars and did not ask for any extra charge. would absolutely recommend them to anyone i know. they were great.
Description of Work: They installed 1/2 horsepower genie opener on my grandma's house which i'm very happy with. i was the one who had to deal with that as my grandma was in the hospital. i paid them $350 which was lowered than everyone else i called. the opener has been working great ever since. no issues with that and no complains.
