Description of Work: I felt the home inspection was incomplete. Although very informative, Mr. Papp was not able to properly inspect the attic (which as accessible if he's had a ladder). This left me with questions about the home's electric work.

Just read your review. If your look at your inspection report, you will see photos that contains photos of attic hatch as well photos of the the attic area taken from the hatch. . Report stated: "The attic is accessible via a small hatch in one of the bedroom closets, Access limited to hatch NO floor boards. Viewing was limited. Entire attic area painted over. Cannot view any possible damage or dryrot to sheathing. Recommend further review by a qualified contractor or roofer." No attic is not safe to enter without flooring in attic. In addition the height of the attic was only 2 1/2 to 3 feet in the center, hence one can only crawl in this area, with a good probability of falling through the ceiling below. True there are a few people who are trained to get into tight unsafe spaces, but on the job, I am the only one who decides if a area is safe to enter, and this area was unsafe to enter. .

Alex was an absolute pro! Both our real estate agent and our attorney told us that his was the most comprehensive inspection they'd ever seen. I had been told many times to make sure to get an engineer to conduct the inspection, and I'm so glad that I did! Alex clearly cares about doing a very complete job and letting us know about every possible thing that he could identify that might affect our decision to purchase the house, but without being too unrealistic. He was amazing, careful, courteous, informative, and just made for an all around terrific experience.
