Bill was very responsive and professional. We met twice to plan together our new deck and padio with fire pit. We were able to make changes during the project. The men who work for him are experienced , hard working and performed an amazing finished project. The project took about two weeks. Our property was left clean and during and after the job. We are very happy with our new outdoor space, and would recommend Bill and his men.

Bill was pleasant, However, I was under the assumption he was going to be "working" the job based on our conversations. He showed up early in the morning to give guys direction but didn't do anything until the last day where he swept in paver sand and built the fire pit. There were different workers each day (some consistent ones) and they were pleasant. I had a concern about the grading of the lawn and contacted Bill and he didn't seem to validate my concerns and seemed done with the job now it is over. I will now have to goto another contractor to do it right because I'll get charged a ton to have timber and stone do it. I'd rather hire an engineer to speck it out and do it right.

They had to remove some smaller trees to get around. They had to remove logs from logs. I didn't like that they did not come on time but the workers were good. One area I was not happy about and they came right back and fixed it. I was happy with the overall experience and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

When the shrubs were delivered, there were too many shrubs for the space available. We refused two mountain laurels outright, for which we received a $100 credit, and some of the extra were installed in a bed not originally part of the plan. The dirt we paid for, but that was not used, was spread out over lawn area, and some mulch was left unused in a low pile.Two boxwoods put in were brownish colored on the outer leaves; Bill said that would green up. But those two boxwoods are now dead, and the others are developing the same problem. Bill said on the telephone in July, that he would come out to see them, but never has, and a subsequent call to him has gone unanswered The work was supposed to take one day, but took two. There was a half-day delay while workers waited for plants to be delivered. While Bill and his workmen were always polite and pleasant, the job appears to have been hastily planned. Two other landscapers have told us the rusty looking boxwoods had a virus and should never have been installed. Bill never came back at the end of installation to look at the completed job, and as previously noted, has not responded to our complaint about the dead plants.

We had Timber and Stone come to fix the grass,weeds and dips in our brick paver sidewalks. We were given an estimate to remove and reseat the brick pavers. We also asked for a semi-circle at the start of the walkway. The semi-circle was poorly installed. The overall quality of the job was poor. We would not recommend their services.
