 + -1 moreThey design what they want to design instead of what you need. His quality was good but the thing is you've got to manage him closely because they're going to design what they want to design. We paid him couple of thousand dollars. Had I had an unlimited budget his ideas would be beautiful. But that wasn't the case. He was a recommendation from Tim, the architect. He just did plans which we never used. I think the pricing was pretty high.
Description of Work: We have used Redbud Development. They provided landscaping architecture. So they provided landscape design - where to put shrubs and what type of shrubs, where to build a deck and how to build a deck, design of the landscape.
