I’ve owned and managed more than 100 residential and commercial units for the last 30 years. F&C. Cleaning are without question, the best in the business! Carpets I thought were beyond saving… they have made look like new again. I won’t use anyone else!

F&C was able to get to my house within a couple of hours and they said that they would not charge me if they could not remove the stain. They worked on the stain for about 30 minutes and they saved our carpet! There is no evidence of the red dye and they could not have been nicer. Thanks again, we will definitely use you again in the future.

I called F&C after another provider- total service pro- failed to show up for an appointment. I had moved all of my furniture out of the way and wanted to get someone in asap. Rex was able to be at my house at 8am the next day. He was on time and finished the job in the time that he said he would. No surprises, great job and my carpets look awesome!

Mr. Farr arrived on time and listened to my concerns and hopeful outcome. He took the time to arrange wall guards so that the hoses wouldn't rub or damage the walls while he was working, and made certain that our family pet wouldn't sneak out of the house. We also appreciated his concern for our safety as he instructed us to be especially careful when transitioning from gthe damp carpets to the wood floors to avoid slipping while the carpets dried with the aid of industrial floor fans that thoroughly dried the carpets within a few short hours. We were so satisfied with the outcome of our carpets that we plan to have F and C return to freshen and clean our patio furniture for the summer.
