+ -1 moreJust for an example: He has changed over 4 electric service fuse boxes for us from old basement boxes to boxes in a more accessible area in apartments for tenants to be able to access them without difficulty. He has done major wiring in rehabbed properties and many projects for us in our home. We have had electrical problems which we have been unable to unravel and Jim figures them out in a split second, fixing them without difficulty. We have had tenant problems with old wiring for which he has been very prompt in responding. He is meticulous and does excellent work. We consider him to be an extremely important member of our resource team.
Description of Work: The date above is a random date as we have used Jim Curran on an ongoing basis for at least 7 years. He has done extensive work for us on several properties. I would never use anyone else. He is prompt, the cost for his services is usually less than his very reasonable estimates and he does meticulous work.
