 + -1 moreAfter not calling back for several weeks, we had to contact the company through the owners cell phone to get a return call. They did not show on the appointment date, called back that evening indicating that they would be at the house in two days at 7:00 am in the morning. Needed them to come back again to fix one of the sprinkler heads that was leaking and they have not returned our call. The main line at the company is temporarily out-of-order.
Description of Work: Adjust sprinklers heads, diagnose the lack of water pressure and repair a sprinkler head.

 + -1 moreI contacted A&E in the fall about improper winterizing done by one of their employees and my concern over freezing my newly installed pump and water lines. A& E owner Mike Ceroalo with my concerns, he stated that he would be right over and check the system pump and water line. He failed to show. In March 0f 2012, I tried to start my system only to find water blowing out from the new pump and water line. I contact Mike with what I found and described the cracks in the pump housing and water line. He said he would take care of it immediately as I had paid a considerable amount of money for installation and more for winterizing. I have called between 30-40 times, he continues to make promises and never shows. My last resort will be small claims court.
Description of Work: During the summer of 2011, I expanded my lawn sprinkler system by adding more zones and an auxiliary well and pump at the cost of $3000, a worker came to winterize the system, i noted that he didn't blow out nor drain the water from the new auxiliary pump which A& E installed during the summer. I contacted A&E with my concerns, he (Mike Ceroalo the owner) stated he would come over and check to the pump and water line, he failed to show. in late March, I turned on the system and found the pump housing shattered and the water line cracked due to water not drained properly as I had informed him. After numerous calls and promises that he would fix the pump in April , i have not seen him and the system is still not working properly. I have contacted him 30 - 40 times, most times he won't answer the phone or if he does, he promises to come over right away and never shows. the only recourse i have now is small claims court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A&E TO ANYONE.

 + -1 moreA&E put the new pump in and we have had problems so we have called them and they will not pick up their phone. When they do pick up the phone they will not come out. They are totally incompetent as they did not check to see the actual problem and justa ssumed it was the water pump. I know the owner's cell phone number by heart because I tried to call him so many times to get him back out here. Their price was also too high.
Description of Work: A&E came out to fix a water pump.
