LM White Septic

When I contacted the provider, I expected they would do the actual digging. Due to the fact that they are extremely busy, I was told I would need to dig up/uncover the lid to my tank. No biggie, it took only 20minutes or so. I did not realize I had uncovered the wrong lid (who knew there'd be two??) so when I returned home from work at the end of the day, I was surprised to discover an additional uncovered lid. I am guessing that was no big deal for them, either. However, I was not expecting to have to fill in the hole myself. A friend recommended them and stated 'they put everything back exactly as they found it" which I took to mean they would refill the hole. I should not have assumed, but seriously, how long would it have taken them to put lumps of sod and dirt back? I think it's that little 'extra' that leaves customers truly satisfied. I can only assume they pumped out the entire tank, since I was not there when they were. No notices were left, no follow up phone calls or notices. Pump and go!... and the check I attached to the door was gone.

We have worked with them in the past. They have done work for our friends. They have always been there for us. They have given us information that we needed to keep the septic system going properly. They are just there; when we need them, they come. The price was very fair.
