Came out to do an estimate. Never contacted me afterwards, no call or email to move forward with the projects. I was ready to get the 3 projects I needed done.

Austin came out the first time. Quoted the job for top dollar.. and said he didnt have the tools and need to reschedule the install. He advised to go pick up a faucet and he would instal. ($450Cash) Came back installed .... the facet is crap from Lowes. No cold water. Regulator is cr*p... Pick up Faucet from Plumbing supply. They want $450 to replace again. THe worst part about it is the Owner, Pete. Does not even have the courtesy to get on the phone with me after he had Austin deliver the news.

They called first thing Monday, and, after checking out the issue, I had a new hot water heater by Friday and I worked on zoom while installation occurred. I will call Mr Rooter for next plumbing issue.

They arrived at the scheduled time, did the work in a timely manner. There work was very neat and professionally done. I would definitely recommend them.

very high fees

Very prompt, even early. Genuine sincere service tech. Turned out to be quite a project, but tech explained why clearly, and did his best to empathize with us and keep costs down.

Priced too high.

Peter Mr Rooter, Fulton, NY/took a picture of the repair I needed to have done, repair drain pipe under the wash tub. he quoted me a price from 200 to 250. I should have gotten a written quote my mistake. He did the repair yesterday July 17th, and he did have to do one extra repair that he did not see when he gave me the quote. He arrived at 11am and left at 130pm. He brought the wrong part replacement and had to leave which took him about 1/2 hour, therefore the repair was done in one hour. He gave me the bill and charged me $396.31 (sale tax not included)way over the quoted price. I did tell Peter that he was overcharging me and I reminded him it only took him 1 one to do the repair. The bill did not have a brake down of labor and materials. I estimated that the material cost was about $50.00. He said that I should not base the charges on the time. I was paying for his expertise I do have more work to be done but will not be using Peter Mr. Rooter expertise/ Peter asked if will be calling him again , My answer no! I was charged 146 over the quote I am looking for a credit of $75.00.

The drain from the gutters was pretty clogged and they did a great job. Very nice gentlemen to work with. The name of the gentleman was Kevin Rothrock, he did a great job and I would recommend anytime.

The service was expensive, but they came quickly and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

I am a property manager. I picked Mr. Rooter because I assume that the franchise name is a safe bet. A tenant reported Monday night that the tub is back up and the toilet is not flushing. I called Mr. Rooter of Fulton to fix the problem Tuesday morning. With-in an hour, a plumber is there. The plumber calls me an hour after and told me that the problem is that he needed to snake the pipe. Before snaking the pipe, he had to unscrew tiles to get to the pipe. He asked for my payment information and I gave it to him (too trusting of an idiot that I am) without asking him for the price. After giving him the payment info, I asked him for the price. I was not provided with an estimate of the cost of the job before he started work. The bill came out to be $322.49 after tax for ONE HOUR's worth of work. I emailed and called Peter (the owner) and had no success in speaking with him directly. I was offered a $25 discount for the next job from one his employee that snaked the pipe.
