They were professional, prompt, and resourceful. However, they were not able to fully eradicate the issue. They used all their tools. But due to the house being so old and a loose foundation, the rodents continued to get in. We have to fix the house.

I would highly recommend Pestmaster. The owner came to us on his day off and took care of our Bee problem on the spot. He also checked on us the next day to make sure we weren’t still having issues. I plan to use their services for any future pests we may encounter in the future.

The mosquitoes were very bad this year! If they don’t get it done after they spray, they will come back for free and do it again!

We had a terrible rat infestation. The company sent people who knew exactly what to do. It took a few months, but the problem resolved.

The treatment was just done (so far so good) but I was assured they would come back if I was at all concerned to treat the house again. Leading up to my visit they answered all of my questions and were so incredibly friendly. I would absolutely recommend this team to someone looking to get rid of pesky bugs! I will definitely use them again!

Jerome, the owner did the work. He was very nice and professional. He came to remove birds from the vent but did a treatment for carpenter bees for free. He replaced the 2nd vent also and did not charge for it. Bennet who did the appointment was also very responsive. Overall, working with these folks was an excellent experience and I would use their services again if needed.

I had a issue with mice in the ceiling of my basement for several years. I hired PestMaster. Jerome and Anne have provided amazing service and made me feel comfortable immediately. My problem is under control and I would highly recommend them to resolve your issue. I had other companies here before, but Pestmaster is truly the best.

Fast friendly knowledgeable complete pest control in one day. Thanks, guys! The wasps and the rest of the bugs appear to have moved out. We are free to live here again without bites stings and mystery buzzing in our ears especially when sitting on the back deck. Nice not have to get up and run or spill my coffee trying to get away from whatever crawling flying insect that decided to invade my life. Can not forget Bennett!!. I hired PestMaster for an on-going squirrel infestation. I had previously hired someone, but the problem persisted. After speaking to Jerome, I realized he would work to solve my issue and keep the squirrels away permanently. He cleared out my entire attic, including removal of all the insulation, which I really didn't think he would do, but was glad he did. He sealed up every area where the squirrels were gaining access to my outside porch and attic, and it's been about 3 months now, and there are no more squirrels. Needless to say, I am thrilled! He is very thorough and his office manager, Bennett, is just as good about staying on top of any questions customers have and passing that on to Jerome. Also, the price was very reasonable, especially considering all the work that he did. I highly recommend PestMaster for all your pest removal needs!

Jerome is amazing. Very thorough. We were inundated with ants, wasps, carpenter bees and hornets. Jerome offered us a 4-visit contract that was extremely reasonable. About the price of one visit by others. Jerome uses non-toxic, natural methods when possible, which it worked for us. I have no doubt that he would have increased the level of control had it been necessary. But the natural products worked great which is surprising considering how bad the infestations were. Jerome is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention personable. I don't usually offer 5 star reviews but in the case, they are totally appropriate. As a disclaimer, I would also add that I never met Jerome before I met him at the Syracuse home show in 2018.
