no work needed to be done so no charge but i would hire and recommend them

My husband and I found mice droppings in our home. I initially used google to locate a pest service, however after calling and leaving a message with no return call, I used home advisor. Not only did I get matched up with Petmaster Services, but I received a phone call back with in 30 minutes of being matched and it was a SUNDAY! Very professional and knowledgeable. My husband is a hard sell and we hired on the spot. I would highly recommend.

I rated this business 5 stars. They deserve the highest rating because they are educated in their field. They have the latest technology to get to the problem. It would be extremely hard to scam you because they show you everything the naked eye can t see. I learned from them about pest control and keeping your home safe. I fully trust their expertise and would highly recommend them!

Everything was great with the handyman but the most important part was the price. I was so very unhappy with what you charged me to remove one little bat in the basement. I could have had someone kill it with a broom for free. $160.00 ...Are you crazy ???

Jerome is amazing. He helped us when we heard scratching sounds in our walls and attic. He isolated and resolved the problem. His customer service couldnt be better. He has called after being on site to check that we dont hear any additional scratching sounds in the attic. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or hire him again. He really knows his business and his pricing is reasonable. Really. Call him if you need pest control services.

Jerome was great. He communicated well. He gave a fair assessment of the job and did good work digging and putting in fencing. He went above and beyond by fixing up siding that was affected by the exclusion work. Thank you, Jerome!

Very professional. He was prompt for the appointments, thorough in his assessment and explanation of what he was going to do, and he completed the job within 15 minutes of the time estimated. He did what he said he would do, and more. I thought the price was reasonable - I will hire him again and recommend him. I have to add that he was also very kind and caring.

The service professional was just that. PROFESSIONAL! He was caring and concerned for the well being of my family being that we had bees/Hornets making their way into our home. What a mess! The price was right and so was the service that was provided to us by our service professional. Thank you Pestmaster for coming to our rescue!
