 + 0 moreThe owner of the business was extremely responsive- I suspect she is closely attached to her phone! She scheduled me quickly, and was available by phone for any questions or problems. Two young women came out, pretty much on time- and went to work immediately. They worked hard and fast and finished the job quickly, and below estimate. (I should mention that my house, while dusty and dirty, was picked up pretty much). They were very polite, pleasant and professional. The cleaning job was well done. Floors took a while to dry though- but it was a very humid day.

 + -1 moreThis was the first time I used them. It would have been helpful if one of us asked more questions. I was not provided with information regarding whether they use the homeowners supplies or their own, they didn't ask where replacement trash bags were. The cleaning itself was satisfactory, but I will need to see how the next few cleanings go before I fully commit to having them be my cleaning provider. Many of my items were not in their original spot when they left. All the area carpets were rolled up and not put back down. Garbage was left in a bag on the garage floor and not in the trash bin. None of the trash cans had replacement bags put back in them. Lastly, they didn't lock the doors behind them, but they did set the alarm. I have used a cleaning service for many years prior to relocating the area. Compared to previous providers, Housekeeping Solutions has a ways to go to reach the level or service to which I am accustom.

 + -1 moreOverall, the services provided are very good and the pricing is reasonable and competitive. I recommend this company to others in need of reliable, quality cleaning services.
Description of Work: General cleaning for a 1300 square foot house; 3 bedrooms/1.5 baths. The owner was very responsive and answered my phone calls personally. If I leave a voice message, she always follows up personally. She is very friendly. The cleaning crew is fast, professional and friendly. We schedule recurring service one time per month and the cleaning crew is punctual. If they are running a few minutes late, they will call to say so. I am very pleased with this company and the services they are providing. Feedback: On Feb.7th, the ladies forgot to empty the trash cans, it appeared the did not thoroughly mop the kitchen floor, they did not remove cobwebs, the dining room chairs were not positioned the way they were found. When things are moved for dusting, I would like the objects to be placed the way they are found. Also, when they mop the wood floors, they leave the floors quite wet and roll up the carpet and leave it that way. I would prefer that they mop the excess water from the floor and lay the carpet the way fhey found it. They seemed to be in a hurry so perhaps they should take a little extra time?  + -1 moreFirst time that Housekeeping Solutions came to my house, they thoroughly cleaned my house as it had never been cleaned before. I paid extra to have it done. After that, I have them come every other week to clean. I am always pleased with the cleaning. They have been good to accommodate my schedule.
Description of Work: Housecleaning -- kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area, laundry room, hallways, 2 bedrooms. Young women work diligently the whole time they are at my house. They clean thoroughly. They mop wooden floors and clean kitchen floor on their hands and knees which really gets it clean. They have accommodated my schedule to be at my house when I am home. Overall, very pleased with their performance.

 + -1 more2 ladies came to clean my house and did a wonderful job. It took 3 hours for my 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home but I think future visits will go more quickly since it will be in better shape now. They used my "green" cleaners (personal preference) but brought everything else that they needed. They vacuumed, mopped, cleaned everything in the bathrooms, wiped baseboards, wiped kitchen appliances and even got some stains off of my kitchen counter and stove that we had been unable to remove. Very pleased and looking forward to seeing them monthly from now on.

Description of Work: Melani's crew clean my house, and pick up after me, my wife, my 20 month old daughter, and my great dane. Her team does a fantastic job honoring small requests, cleaning thoroughly, and working around the dog and toy disaster my daughter leaves.

Description of Work: Melainie and her staff of women are wonderful. They are market fair in their pricing and are very agreeable on their scheduling. I've had the experience of working with them for approximately 7 months and to date they are the best....paying mind to detail and will do extra little jobs if needed. Description of Work: Housekeeping Solutions is an Elbridge NY service, only a few people. I gave them a overall B, but then I have not had any other experience with housecleaning services. They are honest and will do everything I request if I point out any thing. They come once a month and charge me $100.00 each time.

Description of Work: I have them come out every few months before I have company over and they do basic maintenance cleaning but will do anything that I ask them to. Price depends on the day & how many people they bring - $25 per hour per person.

 + -1 moreOverall the girls were great. They worked non stop to clean the stove oven and refig and pulled them out to clean behind them. They also scrubbed the walls,sinks,cupboards and floor. They also cleaned the ceiling fan which really needed it. I was very happy with overall experience.
Description of Work: Gina and Ashley arrived on time to deep clean my kitchen. They were very thorough and it looks so MUCH better than it did. I was very pleased with everything and will not hesatate to hire them again.

Description of Work: Housekeeping solutions cleaned my walls to try to get the smell of smoke out of my house. They had a small team cleaning for a couple of hours. The team did a pretty good job. The smell was not completely gone, but for the price, it was much better than it was before. They were dependible and the price was right. The only problem was that they showed up 25 minutes late and they did not answer the phone when I called.

 + -1 moreGreat experience....2 women (the GLEEM TEAM) with great personalities and the willingness to listen. They went thru the house with me and completed every thing I requested and then some. I was NOT dissappointed.....not one bit. I have no complaints. I will use them regularly. I know that the same team may not work everytime, but after dealing with Melani on the phone, I trust that her employees all share the same work ethic !

We did a walk through and I gave a general description of what needed to be done but I wasn't sure exactly what could be accomplished in two hours. As soon as they had a timetable they let me know and we went for quality not haste. They did an outstanding job!! I was so pleased I've scheduled them to return in two weeks!!

 + -1 moreGreat cleaners. The crew came in and got started right away. Melanie was very detailed oriented and directed workers through out the day. Cleaners spent 5hrs in home but home has never been cleaner in five yrs I've lived here. Doubt cleaning will take as long next time though.
