It went very well. They were indeed very good with all the work that they had to do here and I was pleased with them. I paid some more because there’s more work to do but it was all right. I think it was well deserved. We had a little bit of an accident in the bathroom so they cleaned up everything. They put some solution and things and cleaned it. I haven’t noticed any problem that I want to complain about. They were very pleasant and very nice. They came on time and I was happy with them. I thought the price was a little steep but our bathroom area was flooded and it took a little time and that’s the reason why it’s worth it. They did a good job to clean it. They were very responsive. They finished on time. I think they were very professional.

The providers were very professional and did what was necessary to finish the work in a very satisfactory manner.

Two women arrived with their own supplies and equipment. We reviewed the areas of concern. They got right to work and worked for the entire time contracted for. They did a very thorough job and were pleasant and professional as they went about their work. I will definitely have them back.

They are thorough and professional. We have very furry cats who shed like crazy, but the cleaners get it all.

My experience was wonderful. The team of three was great to work with and I enjoyed the price. They did run a little late for the appointment but they did call me to inform me. They did a real thorough clean in my home. They moved things around to get that deep clean and worked really hard. I am very satisfied the work they did.

These guys were great - 3 ladies showed up and cleaned for a total of 2 hours - so it was $25/h per person. They were on time, friendly and worked hard. With this service you can have them come one time, weekly, bi-weekly, etc. It was very easy to schedule, prices affordable, and great service. | |I had bought a Groupon for cleaning services twice in the past and had bad experiences. First time, services quickly deteriorated to the point I was paying $100/h for one lady who didn't clean - so I fired them and never got the key back to my house. Second service from Groupon was a fly by night company run by a woman living in Alaska with a cleaning company here in Syracuse. They missed appointments and she never answered her phone. Everything went very well. The ladies were thorough and professional and friendly. I was pleased with the job. I will use this outfit again. Owner/manager is pleasant over the phone and PC. I had to write and mail a separate check because ladies charged me the wrong price. No problem.

They did the "extra" things I asked for and the house looked great. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Two girls showed up and cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms and and window sills in the bedrooms. They were very professional and worked hard. My only complaint was they did the job at the end of the the day 5-6pm and worked really fast to be done quickly. I wish they took a little more time and cleaned more throughly.

ladies came at 12:45 for the 1:00 appt. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned kitchen from cabinets to floors. They cleaned the family room, dining room and living room floors and dusted. They cleaned the stairwell and vacuumed the 2nd floor hallway. They cleaned 2 bathrooms from floor to toilet to vanity. Hardworking, wonderful ladies. Would highly recommend and will do so .

I was little concerned because the two-person team arrived late. But once they were here, they did a steady, professional job, using their own equipment. A very thorough vacuuming throughout the house (including places that have not seen a vacuum cleaner in a few years!), and a really careful and complete kitchen-cleaning were the highlights. I would definitely recommend them, and will hire them again.

Three workers arrived and cleaned 7 rooms plus 2-1/2 baths from 9am to 11:30am. They cleaned from top to bottom, even cleaning the kids toys. The house was not only clean, it smelled clean. The workers were cheerful and friendly. This was a gift I gave my single-parent daughter. She was overwhelmed with the quality of the service and how grateful she was to have this help.

The two-person crew arrived on time, completed the work within the estimated time, and did a terrific job! The landlord said he'd never seen a more thorough apartment cleaning. I'll definitely consider engaging their services in the future.

They were rated very highly and their reviews were extremely positive. They were okay at first. I found out she has a couple of different teams, and if you don't get the "A" team then you won't get the best service. This wasn't that big of a deal, but after a while the "A" team's leader stopped working for Housekeeping Solutions. This caused the quality of work to diminish. They were consistently over twenty minutes late. Overall, I just found that they didn't operate in a very professional manner.

Everything was done well and with a minimum of disruption. They are in and out on time. Nice folks. Responsive to changes. Competitive prices.

Just not very well overall. Would prefer not to dwell on it as the entire situation is all too complicated.

They cleaned, moped floors, cleaned appliances and counter tops. Cleaned the bathrooms and vacuums carpets. They did a great job and will have them back.

They came out from 9-noon. They did everything we asked them to do and even a couple of extras! They were very professional and did great work! We would recommend them!
