Great experience, they found and fixed other issues. The finished basement is beautiful and we are going to have them complete our kitchen remodel as well.

I would highly recommend Homestead Renovations. . They came into a bad situation due to another contractor not knowing what he was doing , but I couldn't have been more pleased with there work . They were extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond , and I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to complete my projects. They had to redo the railings in my house due to the other guy not knowing how to and I I couldn't be more pleased

These guys are awesome. They transformed my kitchen into my dream space and they did it fast and for a reasonable price! They are incredibly professional and hard working and so great at problem solving. I didn t have to worry about a thing. I highly highly recommend them for any job you need done if you want it done right.

Ryan was very prompt and professional when I initially went over what projects I needed done. He offered some great advice on how to solve the issues I was having with water damage in the bathroom. You could tell that he was professional and experienced and that is why I hired him on the spot and didn't interview anyone else I had lined up for the job. He was able to get my small projects in his busy schedule. He and his crew replaced my ceiling fan and fixed the water damage around my tub. He also fixed the many imperfections in my sheet rock. He then painted two coats of water resistant paint in the bathroom. His quality of work is spectacular. I plan on hiring him to replace my front door and windows with in the next year. I work in the construction business and have dealt with hundreds of contractors in my years on the job. He is definitely one of the good ones!

They're very nice and stayed longer to finish the job! They were very prompt, polite and courteous and did an all around good job.

The painter did excellent work at s reasonable price. He even did some additional work such as fixing the siding & changing an outlet at no additional cost.

I am totally impressed with Homestead Renovations and the owner Ryan and his brother Brendan! I hired them to paint my newly moved in home in Liverpool, NY during the last week of August 2017. The level of professionalism and detail that these brothers offer with their painting service is quite refreshing. They offered a very high level of skill and dedication with painting our home in a three day period. Even when the weather interrupted their plans to spray the entire house, they shifted gears and reverted to rolling and brushing large ares of the home. Most companies would have quit for the day and then dragged the process out of completing the task of getting the job done within the parameters that they originally committed to. Their last day, Friday they worked from 7:30 in the morning until 8:00 that evening. That to me shows the level of commitment to doing the job right and keeping me the customer happy with the finished product. I will refer their company without hesitation to my family, friends and relatives as they do the job right the first time and they worked very closely with me to keep me in the loop when the game plan changed due to the changing weather conditions. If you are looking for a company to do a wide variety of jobs including house painting exterior or interior, look no more, as Homestead Renovations is an up and coming company in the Syracuse area that will offer a very competitive price and the skills and business experience to take care of any job that you may need done to home. Accommodating with my schedule and very prompt!

Very professional and dependable. Hard working with great attention to detail. The house , shed and deck look like new. Very pleasant and easy to work with. They obviously take pride in their work and I highly recommend them. I would definitely call them again on future projects.

Just moved in a week ago and found many small annoying issues that needed to be fixed. The guys came in, sized up the jobs, and finished most of them in one afternoon. I would definitely call for them again.
