Home Enhancement Solutions had a full page ad for duct cleaning ($69.00),in our local newspaper. Since this price is much lower than the usual cost for duct cleaning, I decided to call for details. I was connected to Ed, a company employee, who greeted me warmly, explained all the services that would be covered for $69.00, and answered all my questions. We scheduled an appointment for 10/2/13. We received a call from the company this morning, stating that they were in our area, and they asked if it would be an imposition if they came today. They arrived within 30 minutes, introduced all the members of the work team, and explained again what services would be provided today. We were amazed at the amount of equipment that they brought with them! They went to work promptly, and continued to work for about 3 hrs. Periodically, they would talk with my husband and show him exactly what was being done. We decided to add some services at a small additional cost and they added several things for free. The services that we received today carry a 3 year warranty! At the conclusion of the work, I was shown a digital camera view of the ducts. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional, thorough, "above and beyond" job done!
