Made one phone call, he eturned it and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He came and provided the estimate. I accepted and and we scheduled a date. They came and spent 3 days sanding and applying polyurethane sealer. They did a good job of protecting the rest of the house from the dust they generated (though not perfect). After the work was done, we found it was excellent, except for a small area (about the size of a foot) that had been missed on one coat. After it cured (3 weeks). they came back and touched up the area. It now looks great. They were professional, personable and did a great job. I did not rate cost as I did not get any other estimates. I called 2 other places that did not return my call. Dennis was recommended to me by a neighbor who had him do his floors, so I accepted my neighbor's due diligence instead of doing my own.

My father recently purchased a 100+ year old home that had carpet throughout. We removed the carpet in the living, dining, sitting rooms and a bedroom. The floors were in rough condition. I contacted multiple contractors for my dad and most of them weren't interested in taking on the job. I finally came across Dennis' information and I contacted him. Dennis came to my dad's home, did a quick assessment and provided an estimate. We waited about three weeks for the work to be done. The completed project exceeded our expectations. The floors are beautiful.
