C&C Pressure Wash Pros

Needed to get my house pressure washed and moss removed from part of my roof and was dreading getting it done. Then I called C+C and Chris made the whole experience very easy. Estimate and appointment were no problem. He then showed up right on time, knew what to do and did it, no delays. The house now looks better than it has in years. But the next time it needs a wash I'll call Chris again for a thoroughly professional job.

Did a great job

Chris cleaned the moss and algae from our 13 year old architectural roof, so that it looks almost brand new. He and his brother work side by side to complete the project in a timely manner. They were very professional and kept a neat ship at all times. His mannerism was cautious and careful through-out the entire job. I was skeptical about the power washing at first, but when the job was completed, it made all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend Chris for cleaning your roof.

Did a good job!

While Chris and his team was pleasant, I do not think the service performed was their highest quality work. We needed an exterior wash of our 2 story house and when Chris arrived, their main pressure washer was not operational so they used their backup. The backup was also experiencing issues and needed to be restarted multiple times operating from the same spot. Additionally, the backup did not have enough power to deep clean the 2nd story. Although Chris and his team brought ladders, they did not use them. When I pointed out some missed spots as seen in the photos, Chris explained that the remaining dirty spots are a result of poor painting and oxidation so additional washing would not clean them. This may be true for some of the dirty spots, but I could not help but feel Chris was running behind schedule due to mechanical issues and eager to get to his next appointment at the expense of our project.

Chris is a true professional and earned the respect of my family. He was on time, honest, and gave incredible feedback. He was responsive and made time to work around our schedule. You should absolutely have C&C renovations give you a quote for your next home project. His attention to detail and prioritizing gettin the work done right was a breath of fresh air as a homeowner who has worked with various contractors in the past. We will be using his company from now on.

Chris is friendly, knowledgeable, and is painting because he wants to not because he has to. Quality is impeccable!! I will hire him again!

Chris and Casey were very fast to respond for an estimate. Within a few days a date was set up to be done and the work done was phenomenal for a great price . They are very honest and upfront about everything they would be doing . Highly recommend!

Chris at C&C is extremely professional. He shows up every day on time and does great overall work. If they're any issues he address's you personally to get them resolved. From the many contractors I've had over the years (I've had many) C&C is by far one of the best around. He completely remodeled my kitchen and I couldn't be more happier than I am right now. Go to C&C Renovations CNY website and look. You will not be disappointed at all. I will be contacting C&C next month to complete my bathroom project downstairs in my house.

I had Chris and Dave replace my shower surround and they did an amazing job. Chris was very responsive to emails and phone calls and addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend C & C Renovations and I will have them do more work in the future.

This company was very easy to work with. Any concerns were addressed satisfactorily. They were knowledgeable about their work and actually found problems caused by another contractor and helped to correct them. They were fair, honest, and reasonablely priced. The only downside was the amount of time the project took, but in fairness there were a few problems due to the house being old. Over all, it was a job well done.

Chris and his team effectively and efficiently installed floor molding in my new townhome that required special attention to detail.The results were spectacular. The job was completed in a timely manner. I plan to hire C&C for future projects. C&C would be classified as a "Customer Delight" company.

Chris (the owner) and Ryan came into my existing home under some difficult conditions and did a good job. Replacing drywall is hard under the best of conditions, but when the home is occupied it makes it just that much harder. Would I hire Chris again ? Of course I would. He is a combat vet that has defended his country and I certainly appreciate that as do all Americans. I wish he and his family well always.
