Description of Work: Steve fixed a fan in refrigerator. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and quite knowledgeable. I would recommend his work. (Of course I don't know a d*** thing about refrigerators, but mine is cold and that's what counts, isn't it????????????)

Description of Work: Steve tightened screws on our dishwasher, told me how to get the soap thing to work, and was in general awesome. This is the 2nd time he has done work for us. He's very smart, very hardworking, fun to talk to, and his advice and direction is spot on. He fixed our dryer a few years ago. I plan to call him whenever anything breaks.

Description of Work: Water leak from our refrigerator was due to a clog in the filter system according to Steve. He explained where the problem lies and used hot water and his tool to unclogged the passage. No water leak for 3 months so far.

Steve found the leak and was able to repair it immediately, all the while explaining to me everything that he was doing. Description of Work: This was my second time using this provider; this time for a gas stove igniting problem. Steve initially ordered parts in attempt to service the stove, however, when he realized during the service call that these parts were unnecessary, as the issue lied elsewhere, he demonstrated his integrity by not pushing the unneeded parts on me. He assured me the problem was minor & saved me substantial needless costs. Highly recommended repair service!
