He found problem, ordered part, and fixed all within a short time as promised. Coordinated easily by phone.

The freezer has not been working correctly, he came back to check it. He comes and is very nice and quick.

Steve promised he would get to us and he did even though it was late 6:30 at night. He was professional and went about repairing my dryer right away. He fixed the dryer and was patient as I tested it before signing off on his work. I would most definitely use Steve again, he made an extra effort to get to our house and did the work flawlessly. We are very satisfied with the work done.

Steve is HONEST & SO HELPFUL. Although based on our initial conversation he felt I should replace it, he told me he would look into my problem in greater detail & get back to me. He called me that night to let me know that the part had been recalled & that I should contact Whirlpool for a replacement. Whirlpool is replacing it free of charge! I so appreciate Steve's honesty & professionalism. Although I haven't used him, based on my dealings with him I would highly recommend Steve. I will be using him the next time I need an appliance repair.

Quick update here, just called him again to fix the old GE washing machine in my new place. Again, he showed me exactly what was broken and opted to repair what was there rather than needless replace parts. He was very friendly and fast. Will definitely use him again! (Old review, from 11/17/2013, cost: $160) He called when he was on his way, he was friendly and showed me everything he was going to do before he did it. Knowing I found him here he gave me a discount. He replaced the belt on the dryer, cleaned it and fixed a detached vent. He ultimately charged less than the original estimate when all was said and done and just asked I write this review.

Service on two(2) large appliances: a washwing machine and refrigerator. |Steve is knowlegeable,very professional, and gave excellent advice. I also appreciated his punctuality. I feel that I received very good value.

it went absolutely better then i could of thought he not only came the first time and got it working but when it stopped shortly after he came the second time and got it working and even waived the fee. all in all it was a great experience i would recommend to anyone looking to repair and appliance and anyone looking for a great repair at a good price by an honest repairman.

Steve has serviced this dryer before for other problems. It is a constant aggravation, but he is not! He changed the thermostat at my request, after he cautioned me that it may not fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and always gives his honest opinion. I have changed the heating coils twice, had the ductwork cleaned out twice, and still the machine would not dry properly, and it is only 7 years old! Steve comes when he says he will, and charges a fair price. He is a rare gem in the service world! I never hesitate to call him. You will be very happy if you use him.

I didn't end up using his services, but wanted to write a review because I was really impressed with my interaction. I called about a stove repair, left a message with a receptionist, and got a call back from Steve in less than 5 minutes. When I described the problem I had, he said that unfortunately he was leaving tomorrow for vacation and my problem sounded like it was too complicated for him to squeeze me in today. Very impressive that he called back and was going to try to fit me in so quickly.

Steve was easy to work with, did a good job and was competitively priced. He did all this while I was 2000 miles away. It is nice to be able to trust him to take care of my apartment even when I am not there to oversee things.

He was there same day, had parts in his truck, did repair, tenant was happy. This is why we use Steve, he is great to work with

What a wonderful man and what a great experience. I'm visiting taking care of my elderly father and the washing machine started whining on the spin. I called in the morning - explained the situation and he changed his plans and came right over. Obviously knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Steve!

Showed up very quickly over the weekend and addressed the issue with our washing machine. Would use again.

I called him in the morning, because my dryer stopped working. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. He calmed me down and was over to my house in about two hours, changed the belt, I paid him and he left. He is so honest and incredibly nice. Thank you Steve!

Steve came over quickly, on a Saturday. He knew the problem, a weak igniter in the gas range, had the part in his van. Installed the part, tested it and paid him $ 165.

The work went well. He showed up on time.

called Steve approximately 8pm on 10/16//3 , gave me an appointment between 11am and 1 pm ,today 10/17 Called me at 11am to give me approximate time and again at 12.30, arrived promptly at 1pm. Explained exactly what he was going to do. I now have a dishwasher working like new. Definitely recommend Steve and will call him again for any further appliance repair. Sincerely , Teresa Cashin

Had a problem with a clothes dryer. Called Steve who was responsive to my call and was punctual to arrive that same day, He looked at the problem and found that a heating coil had to be changed. Unfortunately, he did not have the part in his truck. Gave him a deposit as he promised to be here the next day at the agreed time. The "D" grading on the price had to do with my research, finding out that the heating coil was only about 25%of the total cost of repair. Believe i was charged for 2 trips because he did not have the part the first time. Had it been just 1 trip, i suspect the price would have been lower and the grading overall would have been an "A".

Called on Monday [holiday],got back to me today.He said he would be here between !0;00 and 12;00.He arrived at 10;30.Said it was probably the ignitor and told me the price.He checked the ignitor and it was bad.Replaced it,made sure the stove worked and put everything back together.

I have used Steve for the 2nd time and he is great, so nice and professional. Arrives and time and does the job, never doubt that the job he quotes is what needs to be done. This time he fixed my tenant's oven and I called him right away and he came and fixed the oven the next day. I use to get the service contracts on my appliances but don't anymore, I just call Steve.

Steve came when he said he would and installed the microwave within an hour. He is a terrific guy to work with and would use him again for purchase and installation.

Steve quickly responded to my request for an estimate on my refrigerator and solved the problem immediately for me.

Tried to do service as soon as possible but always called if another job held him longer than expected.
