After being told by Sears that they would respond in a week, I called Steve, because I was impressed by the reviews. He responded promptly in less than two hours from my call. He cleared an obstruction from the pump for $110 which was less than Sears would charge just to diagnose. What other reviewers said was true. Steve does what's needed, rather than sell extra.

Very well. Steve instantly knew what was wrong on our 18 year-old Maytag laundry center dryer. The part came in two days and now it works perfectly. He was very thorough with his explanation.

The service call went very well. I have used Steve before and I will continue to use him. He is fair and professional. He came within a day of my call to him and he was able to fully repair my dryer,. He is straight forward and honest and I wouldn't use anyone else.

He did it in a short amount of time. He had all of the parts with him. He was very forthcoming. By the time he left, and he fixed it He let me know to call him in the next hour to make sure it was cold and that everything was good. He is the only guy I am going to call ever. Appliance repairman are not easy to come by and he is a no frills kind of guy, but he did the job. I would tell everyone.

Steve arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem as a bad evaporator fan motor. He had the part in his van and replaced it. He turned the refrigerator back on and it ran quietly! I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again if another appliance needed repair!

Great! We had a noise coming from the fridge. Steve came to inspect and gave us ease of mind that the fridge was working properly. Noise was the ice line asking for water. Since that was not hooked up he disconnected and noise went away. Peace of mind since we were selling the house - didn't want to leave a faulty fridge. Best of luck.

Steve was responsive, on time and quickly offered an idea to turn off the frig for 24 hours to see if the water line was frozen before moving on to more costly solutions. I did try this but still needed him to come back and replace a valve. He was professional, worked efficiently and my water and ice maker are working again. He also fixed a poorly installed water line to the frig. I felt his price was very fair. I will definitely call on him again.

Steve was very fair. I called on Saturday and he came the next day. He was punctual and his price was fair. He went beyond and fix the problem immediately. As soon as I explained the problem, he instinctively knew the cause and brought the right part to fix the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Steve again and would highly recommend him.

Steve came to repair it on same day I called him. He was on time. He diagnosed problem by carefully evaluating the issue. It was due to timer/defrost mechanism, not due to thermostat or heater which he carefully eliminated one by one as he explained how it all worked. The timer/defrost mechanism had stopped functioning and so there was a build-up of ice and this interfered with cool airflow into the food compartment of the refrigerator. He replaced the timer/defrost mechanism. I would certainly call Steve again for a refrigerator problem and in fact for any appliance problem. He is knowledgeable, skilled and nice too!

A few years ago, I called Steve in the midst of a snowstorm because my refrigerator wasn't working. He responded immediately, diagnosed the problem and made the repair with a part he carried in his truck. I kept his business card/magnet on my refrigerator and when my dryer wasn't working today, I called Steve. He came within 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem, retrieved a part from his magic truck and made the repair. Our wet clothes were back in the dryer within two hours! Steve is reliable, honest and competent. I recommend his services highly.

Steve did a great job. I called him on Thursday evening. He was able to come the next morning. He arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Had the parts in his truck and fixed the problem right away. I would call him again.

When my mom's washer started to leak all over the floor, I told her to call Steve. He came right away and determined that there was a problem with the electronics and the agitator. He told her that it wouldn't be worth it to repair the 5-year-old washer, but that she should purchase a new one. He charged her $50 (for the service call), which she paid in cash. I should mention that he also made it a point to speak to me to make sure that my mother and I both understood why he was recommending replacement, rather than repair. I appreciated that and would definitely use him again.

Steven arrived on time and almost immediately diagnosed the problem and within an hour my refrigerator was up and running. What I really liked was that Steven walked me through the particulars while doing the repair. Steven really knows his stuff and the icing on the cake is he is a really nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and I highly recommend him. I thought the cost of the parts and his labor were exceptional! Thank You Steven!
