I had Gio and his crew repair (point) my entire chimney for the fireplace and they did a wonderful job. It took one day and 1/2 and the work was clean and well done. Gio was in charge and he explained everything to me answering all my questions. In addition he gave me a very fair price. I would recommend this company and Gio for any job you need.

Extremely satisfied with this company. Responded immediately to my request. Had someone to my house the next day to give an estimate and the work was completed a few days after that. Christian, was very knowledgeable and diligent in his work. He explained everything to me that needed to be done and then went above and beyond. My chimney was leaking onto my furnace and into my furnace room. He replaced the liner, sealed the top, repointed the whole chimney and then waterproofed. While he was waterproofing, he decided to dig down a little and found that a root was growing into my foundation. he removed the root, and fixed the wall at no extra charge. I was getting many gallons of water in my basement, each time in rained before calling this company. It just rained for 3 straight days, and now NO water came in. I highly recommend this company. Their price was very reasonable. I had 2 quotes from 2 different companies. Their price was lower and included a more thorough solution.

I hired Skyline Maintenance for cleaning the chimney but he showed me that the chimney liner was deteriorating inside and crown and flashing were cracked and broken. He installed a new liner and fixed the cracks for a reasonable price and completed quickly.

When giving the estimate they not only fully explained the issues but showed us what the problems were. We were also given a great price and when the work was completed that estimate did not change. They were very patient, understanding, calm and extremely professional. Even as my husband was being a little difficult in trying to understand the work being done. I so appreciate that and Skyline Maintenance is definitely on my short list of contractors for hire. I must also mention that the office support is very professional and I love her personality.

I have to admit that I was very skeptical about chimney companies in general because they are notorious for ripping people off. To my surprise we felt that Skyline on the mark. My husband felt the technician was knowledgeable and honest. He replaced the chimney cap which was what we called about. My biggest concern was him trying to upswell. us. He posted out the and took pictures of the damaged flashing and crown cracks so we knew it needed repair. The additional price was within reason.

The crew was professional and courteous. The job was done quickly and left the home clean.

They arrived early, took care of the problem and left recommendations for future maintenance. I would use them again.

The guys showed up a bit later than expected but I was notified which was nice. The work around the chimney was excellent though the tuck point was not too close to the initial color which was kind of expected but what wasn't expected is that the color of the new mortar be different in different sections (much much lighter as you moved down the chimney)
