Very good job. I ended up getting a new garage door installed. The worker was very good. He told me exactly what he was going to do and got to work right away. He finished the job quickly. He showd me how to use the alarm system. Everything was done in a few hours. He came back for a follow up the next day to make sure everything was okay. There was nothing to conplain about.

Purchased a deal on angles list for new garage door, went well, did have to pay 150 doors extra cause my garage was 3 inches shorter than the standard garage, but other than that the company was great in terms of the products quality and the installation. Very professional.

It took Nate about 90 minutes to complete the job including clean-up. He then explained & demonstrated all aspects of its functioning. I am extremely satisfied with Nate & the work he did. He was very professional & so easy to deal with. He was here on a service call back in December & was great then too. Because of how great he was, I would heartily recommend One Stop Garage Doors.

Eddie from "One Stop Garage Doors" came to my house on Friday, April 3 at the exact time I scheduled the appointment for. I explained what my problem was and he provided the best solution to the problem. He changed two broken censors, one lock and provided me with remote access to my garage door. I no longer have to get out of my car in the rain to open my door. Eddie knew exactly what to do. He was kind, professional and worked quickly. The cost of the entire job was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommned this company. Ask for Eddie.....he knows what to do!

It was really good. There were 2 guys that replaced the doors for us and they are beautiful. We did a special order and it took about 3 weeks to come in but they came as soon as the doors came in. We got 2 other quotes and both were higher so they were very affordable in comparison. We have a 2nd house in Long Island that we plan on using them for as well.

All went well. Had to come back to install one of the keypads as the installer did not have the one needed for one of the garage doors in his truck. All three existing units were not the same type. the installer came back , installed the new remote and everything worked satisfactory.

They showed up on time . They recapped the openings to the garage and replaced the doors and tracks. They replaced the trim and shimmed everything so it is square . They installed new oppeneres as well

After many hours and many so called repairs I called another Company. 90 minutes later with a variety of parts and maneuvers the door WORKS. THEY HAVE SENT A CHECK FOR $150.00 APOLOGIZED FOR MISCOMMUNICATION. VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wonderful. The kind professional and talented large staff replaced my old 16 foot garage door with a beautiful perfectly working windowed garage door. The garage needed a lot of work but they took on the project professionally, were talented and fairly priced. I never felt pressured. Also, fine minor woodwork, good reconnection of old remote/key system, and beautiful outside white capping. After a good preview of the work, the team came promptly to our home and did a total fine job. I also, asked them to metal capping on the front of my home as well. This is a service where talent, price and punctuality all meet. And they were polite and kind, and easy to work with.

I used groupon voucher. He looked at the door and said instead of coupon request , he will service the door for the same price. I oked it. After his work, The garage doors started making noise. He said it is fine and now I am finding that the screw is scraping the metal in the track. I have to call some one else to fix and pay for it again.

I called Roslyn Garage Door to get an estimate for broken torsion springs. They were to come on a Friday. I got a phone call from One Stop Garage Doors changing the appointment to Sunday. I eventually found out that this company has a number of websites and goes by a variety of names. They were three hours late for the appointment stating that they were very busy. After repeated phone calls, some guy shows up, looks in my garage and says, "What's wrong with the door?". He clearly had no clue why he was there or what he was doing. I told him to leave and called the office back to ask why they sent this guy. I was told again that they were very busy and "to help me out" they sent this him. She told me she would send Michael, their experienced, professional tech. I told her not to send anyone and that I was done with them. Well, lo and behold, ten minutes later Michael calls saying that he is on his way. Of course I told him not to show up. BEWARE OF THE MULTIPLE WEBSITES, THE MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS AND THE LACK OF REVIEWS.

The first appointment,6-28-13.The repairman had an accent,was hard to understand and was very late.I called twice and was told he was coming. When he finally arrived,after wasting my day, he said I needed 2 new sensors and he added more steel cable. He was rushing as he obviously had to get to the next job. I asked him to help me connect my car's system to open the door, but he was unable to. He ran off after charging me $340, which I felt was steep, and then after he left, I had to recall him via his office, because he had forgotten to install a keypad. He came back and brought a universal keypad which did not work with my Genie Intelicode system and said he would have to send someone that knew better than him. He said the office would call me and email me about my car remote. That killed my first day, waited from 10-4 to get this much. Next day, no one calls, no email, so I call and they say don't worry, Avi is nearby, (he is the guy who is the "expert") will be over in 20 minutes. He was. He brought 2 keypads, couldn't get the new one to work,put in a beat up used genie,charged me $150,because it was,used, a discount, new would be $195. The used one worked for two hours, then quit. I called the office. he called back,said he was going to the warehouse for a new one. I told him if it didn't work I wanted my money back! I had paid by check, too late to cancel. This killed my second day. I made 3 other appointments,somehow, when I called, always was stuck at another job somewhere. Didn't show. I wasted 3 more days waiting for him. He is supposed to come tomorrow July 23, to replace the keypad and I warned his office that this review was going into Angie's List. So far he's wasted 5 days of my time and if he doesn't repair the keypad or come I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau. What do you know, he was supposed to come between 10 am-12 pm today,July 23 and it is 1:15 pm. I just called, they said they will call me back when they find him. They refused to give me an address only said they have a warehouse in Haupphaugue. They also said he can't come because his son is in the hospital and rescheduled for tomorrow, between 12-1 pm. I feel this company is terribly unprofessional and ripping people off. I am stuck because of the $150 I paid for something that doesn't work. The original, $340 repair, that repair is working. I am posting this today whether or not his son is sick...the boy who cried wolf..... Do check ref. and address before you hire! That's why I joined Angie's List. They didn't show up today July 24, time for Complaint Resolution, I want my money back! This is a sequel to my review on One Stop Garage Doors. Shockingly, I receive a Jan, 2015 phone call from a woman representing them saying they are just now going onto Angie's List, and see a negative review from me, and they have no listing for me as a customer! I ask where they are located, she says the 5 Towns area. Then why are they listed on AL as being in East Meadow!!!! I refer them to my review, they admit they may have had these 2 technicians, Israeli, working for them at one time, and conjecture that perhaps they were using company stationary on their receipts. She says that they certainly don't want a negative review, and offers to send me $150 check to show their goodwill. I agree, AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED CHECK since the phone call and it is now the end of FEBRUARY 2015, two years after original incident. Friendly conversation that seemed to end in a resolution but obviously was not! In addition, a few weeks before this phone call, AL had emailed me to ask/tell me that they had FOUND this company? Really after 2 years? AL you're not doing your job, disappointing!
