Description of Work: They did a great job cutting the tree back. They were prompt when they came to do the estimate as well as the work. I already referred them to a friend who was also very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I called several times for an estimate each time they said will be there in a day or so, never showed or called me back.

Description of Work: I scheduled two days for estimates. The first day the provider called me a few minutes before the end of the window during which he was supposed to appear and said he couldn't make it. I rescheduled and he never showed up. The excuse he gave when I called him was that his uncle had his telephone. I spent two days waiting for this person who obviously was having trouble. However, it was my two days.

Description of Work: We made the appointment and Melky came and gave a price of 325.00 for certain things to be done and on the day that they finally came after failing to show up a couple of times he didn't complete the job as promised. We called and he said that he would come to fix the issue but didn't show up. The price was set at 325.00 but my husband didn't know and he stated it was 350.00.

Description of Work: Cut many high branches that were too close to house from 4 trees. |Work done in one day as scheduled. Clean up very good.

Description of Work: Called them on Monday, they gave me a quote on Tuesday, cut down the tree on Saturday. They came with a crew of 5, chopped down the tree, carted it away and cleaned up all the sawdust, leaves, twigs and branches. Great transaction. Reasonable price.

Description of Work: I called for tree removal about a week after Hurricane Sandy. I had a large tree down in my backyard. My call was answered by a person, which was better than the answering machines I received at other places, but I never received the promised call back to schedule an estimate visit. Granted, it was a time of many trees down in the neighborhood, but that's when tree services really can do business. So it was disappointing not to even get an estimate from this company.

Description of Work: We recently bought a large house from an estate sale and there was much outdoor work to be done. Arnoldo is a pleasure to do business with. He removed a huge rotted maple in our yard, truncated multiple huge limbs on various trees overgrowing our roof, pulled out a small forest of saplings, removed several small cherry trees planted too close to our house, and rooted out a huge patch of ivy that have overgrown a corner of the garden. He cut all branches away from our power lines and used soil to fill the holes created from the tree removals. He also trimmed all the overgrown bushes in our front yard. It took a bit longer than he had estimated (which made no difference to us) but he and his crew kept coming back (over 5 days, between rain storms) until the work was done. He is a man of his word and did a great job.
