I must say I used warren 2 times. I’m a little disappointed after taking a better look at the garbage pile warren contracted to remove. Well needless to say I was left with lots of garbage tiles They mysteriously got covered up with leaves so I didn’t notice until after warren left. Despite the price gouging on the first job and against my better judgment I decided to try to use him again, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I was left with a lot of garbage that I paid good money to have a removed. No remind you I have a lot going on I’m in the process of moving so I’m not watching over every step that Warren did and unfortunately I did find the steps that he did once I did look so shame on me and if you do hire him make sure everything is in writing and don’t let him take you to the back of the truck and say hey can I show you something

Joe. The tiles that you are talking about were pointed out to you as you and I inspected the finished job. I said "i'm not able to take these today because I am full and the dump is closed. I will take them the next time you call me" You agreed and said "OK". Also. There was never any price gouging on the first job. there was a lot more that you or I expected. we both looked at how much my trailer was filled, and I adjusted the price based on that. I am deeply sorry that you were not satisfied with my service and I offer you, just like I would offer anyone else to come back and make it right. all you had to do was call Joe. you have my cell #.
