Great Company !! Rather than send ten text messages or emails, VanGo was the first to call after I made a request. (A real human voice!) They were courteous and professional at all times. They accommodated me when I had to change the date of their appointment at the last minute. We had a very large dresser upstairs that a donation company said was impossible to get down the stairs and VanGo said it would be no problem to move it to the living room and leave it so it could be given away, and they did. They were quick, efficient and additionally took all the extra junk that we hoped the local trash collectors would (or would not) take for a discounted price. They also only charge for whatever part of the truck is filled and the cost was very reasonable compared to others I have heard. When emptying out a house, it's a pleasure to have such great people to deal with- just a little less stress. (And I love their catchy name!)

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They were fast professional and friendly. They even took thinks that other haulers refused to take or wanted to charge me a premium for. My house is inder construction and sometimes workers see this as an excuse to be messy. Not these guys they cleaned out the back, came in the house and wiped their feet amd took out a large metal railing without a scratch or scuff. They also took a 600 pound stove i have been trying to dispose of for months. If you are looking for good fast service these are your guys.

They said they would be there in an hour, and were. It was easy to discuss the details of the job. When I said OK, they removed the item (entertainment center) immediately.
