Great guys, fair, honest, efficient. I spent a bit more than I had hoped to but still very well spent money to empty a house of large furniture and household garbage. Just sold home. They came in and removed about 10 yards worth in no time at all. Very polite, neat and thorough. Worked up a price, took it away and I paid on the spot w credit card. Done..

Fair price, showed up on time, removed couch. Two guys entered my home with muddy shoes, leaving dark, dirty patches on our rug while they removed the couch. I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning the carpet with a rental machine from Lowes.

Everyone involved with VanGo is professional and courteous. They kept me updated on their arrival time. They were respectful of my home and cautious when they removed items. I liked Cosmo when he reached out to me and the men he sent were just as nice. I often make decisions based on a gut instinct. I made a fine one this time by hiring VanGo. BTW What a super name!!

I cannot say enough about Travis and his team from Van Go. First Travis and his men are so nice in addition to being extremely efficient, fast and organized. It was a double header!! First they removed all types of papers, furniture and junk and then they carried in all the cartons I had just received and stacked them neatly so I will have access to them. You cannot go wrong with working with Van Go!!!

Contacted HomeAdvisor yesterday and the job was done today. Arrived on time. Emptied a 4 room apt. in under 2 hours. Did no damage to the hallways, apt. and elevator. They were very accommodating, and kept checking on items that were to be left behind. Pleasant to deal with in all respects. Would recommend them highly.

I called Van Go after getting a quote from another, more well-known junk removal company. The other company gave me a very low estimate over the phone, but the number quadrupled when they came to the house. I spoke with Travis at Van Go, and he came to the house the same day to give me an estimate that was all-inclusive, with no hidden costs or add-ons, and was significantly less than the other company. They were flexible with timing, as I was working with a moving/closing date. They showed up exactly at the promised time, and the crew of 4 men was polite, worked quickly and carefully and were very accurate, which was important because many items were being left in the house. They even swept out the garage on their way out. I can't emphasize enough how their professional, careful and friendly service made a difficult task seem simple.

I spoke with Cosmo, he was very nice and understanding that I was looking for quotes and gave me a tentative quote over the phone when I was shopping around. I decided to go with VanGo because they had good reviews and they were a local business. We had Mike and Tom come to give an exact quote and do the work, they were also very nice, on time and super efficient, they were done quickly and took care not to damage any walls as they worked getting out the couch we were getting rid of. They charged exactly what they quoted at the beginning, there were no surprises at the end. Overall I would highly recommend VanGo for any junk removal needs...I d definitely use them again. I had large logs and tree stumps that needed to be removed, but most junk removal companies do not take yard waste. VanGo was quick to respond. The cost was explained clearly, so there were no surprise charges added on. The crew was friendly and efficient and the entire job was done in an hour. I plan to use them for future jobs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called them on Sunday about getting rid of a 3 piece couch set and talked to Travis who was professional and very accommodating. Also I was given a quote on the phone which was great since some junk removal services only give you a price once they’ve picked everything up and then you’re hit with a huge bill at the end. Said they had availability the next day and arrived right on time (they call you 30 minutes prior to arrival). All the guys were very nice, SUPER quick and my couches were out in less then 10 minutes! Definitely will be using them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great price and great service.
