I was looking for a contractor, I was on home advisors and I came across Iriverdale construction. They are #1 on Long Island . The president of Iriverdale construction Raquel Diamond reached out the same day. Came to my home. Wrote me an estimate on site. I wanted customed details renovations . The windows were ordered and installed beautiful . Her team is very professional, hardworking, and polite. I am so happy with the full service I received. Raquel is a joy to work with . She will make your house look beautiful. I want to buy land or another property so Raquel can put her beautiful touch to it . Thank you Iriverdale construction, especially Raquel Diamond . I will recommend to everyone I know

I hired iRiverdale Construction, Inc to add an addition to my home. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite agreeing to a completion date of 6-8 weeks, the project was delayed multiple times without clear communication. I called repeatedly to get updates but often received delayed or vague responses and still had no clear timeline. I paid upfront as per their contract terms, but after 17 going on 18 weeks there is still work to be done  and Raquel, the company owner continue to avoid or ignore our calls although she knows how critical our timeline is since we are expecting a new addition to our family as well. During the project, I learned from the workers that they were experiencing significant delays in payment from the company. This caused frequent turnover, which disrupted the workflow and extended the project timeline. The workers were clearly skilled, but the lack of support from their employer created an unprofessional environment and affected the overall work, unfortunately, they consistently left the site in poor condition, with tools, debris, and dust scattered around at the end of each day even thought it states in the contract work area will be broom clean each day. I had to constantly clean up after them to ensure the area was safe for my family. Additionally, they did not make an effort to protect surrounding surfaces, which led to unnecessary mess, damages and a lot of extra time spent on cleanup. They placed dumpsters in my driveway which left dents in the driveway, which I am hoping they will fix but given that Raquel has not been answering any calls or messages and there is still unfinished work to be done, it is making me very anxious. I expected a more professional approach and experience from this company and would not recommend them especially if cleanliness and respect for your space are important to you, lack of communication and poor quality made this a very frustrating and costly project.

IRiverdale Construction truly transformed my home! Raquel and her team did an awesome job updating our kitchen and our 2 bathrooms. Raquel was so helpful every step of the way and helped me with everything I needed! She helped me pick out paint colors, the backsplash in our kitchen, the tile in our bathroom and even the bathroom mirrors! I don?t know what I would have done without all her help! I would highly recommend IRiverdale for your home renovations!

Project started as 2 arch openings to kitchen, but when we saw the clean, efficient workworkmanship, we added a work Island complete with sink and electric. Raquel Diamond ,the company on was on site daily, what a Joy to work with. Thank you, The Lynch Family

not worth the effort

What an amazing experience working with I Riverdale, Raquel and her team. Our dishwasher was out all summer because stone tiles were in the way of removing the appliance for repair. We hired I Riverdale to break up our beautiful floor. They managed to remove the dishwasher without harming the floor! A job 3 servicemen could not do! I LOVEEEE them! Not only did they do their job, but they did other repair work while they were here. Theyâ re professional but caring! They treat a customer like family! I swear, Iâ m adopting Raquel! You canâ t help but love this company. If she was my child she couldnâ t have done a better job! When they left, my home was spotless and perfect. If you need a contractor and donâ t hire them, itâ s your loss!

Raquel was a pleasure to work with, and she diligently and professionally handled some issues we had at the beginning. Her customer service was top notch. The men were very hardworking and skilled in their craft, as well as a pleasure to have around. I love my new bathroom and would definitely consider hiring them again.

This Is a very good group of hardworking meticulous craftsmen. We originally wanted them to just take out an old unsafe deck but then hired them to build a stone patio and that came out great. I would definitely use them again.

Professional; quick; clean

The response and customer service is okay but the people she sends is not experts. They do not know what they are doing. Maybe they are good at demolition and putting plaster up but I would not tell them to construct anything for me. Stay away from any wooden floors they do not have an expert.

I had my floor leveled by her workers so they can put the tiles. on Her workers did an amazing job. I was happy how the job came out and I was very impressed with their skills, their time management on the project. I would hire the same 3 guys that installed my tiles. Wonderful experience with Raquel and her staff. My problem was a bit more involved and much worse then I initially thought. Raquel made sure her crew did their work and then got a plumber for me to correct the remainder of my issue immediately. And she kept me informed on what needed to be done every step of the way. Completely grateful for all the hard work.

Raquel and her team were very detail oriented and provided an exceptional customer experience. Raquels team showed up on time and at the end of each day kept the job site very clean which was important considering I had younger kids. They showed up on time and remodeled my kitchen and bathroom to my exact vision. Couldnâ t be happier with the work. Raquel was a great project manager. Raquel and her crew did a wonderful job demolishing my wood deck. Very professional. They showed up when promised and made sure the job site was spotless before they left. Would recommend them for sure.
