This is the second time that I have called Denzil. He and his associate did such a wonderful job in my kitchen last fall that I would not have called anyone else for the work that needed to be done in the basement last month. I consider him "my electrician" and I hope to have access to his skill and abilities for as long as I live in this house. By the time he and his people left the basement, it looked about as good as it had when they arrived. I complimented him on this and he said that their goal is always to leave the premises exactly as they found them. Denzil has been doing this work for more than 15 years and he knows his stuff. If he is delayed, by traffic or unexpected complications on a prior job, he calls to say when he will arrive. He is very personable and always polite. He listens when you talk to him and doesn't dismiss what you say. The dingdongs who built this house put the shingles over part of the kitchen exhaust fan and Denzil and his associate worked very hard to maintain the appearance that nothing had changed when they replaced the fan last year. It looks nearly perfect now and you have to look carefully to see where they had to patch the pieces back together. Denzil is conscientious and hard-working and the men that work with him are the same. They work quietly and steadily until the job is done. I have already hired him twice, so that's the best recommendation that I can give him. On both occasions, Denzil gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to the original estimate. I have been very happy with the results both times.
