Express Restoration Inc.

After the subcontractor completed a great job, Express Restoration (Scott Muscarro) refused to pay him his money. Scott also refused to return the subcontractors phone calls. Naturally, the subcontractor came knocking on our door and our neighbor's door who was entrusted with the key to our home. the subcontractor demolished his work and left our walls bare! It is now NINE MONTHS and our walls are still bare! Scott admitted to me that he still has $500 dollars of our money. As settlement he agreed to return that money and we would not have any grievances against each other. Its now been over 3 weeks since that settlement agreement and Scott has not stuck to his promise. He now refuses to return my texts and refuses to answer my phone calls. Scott Muscarro is an incompetent subcontractor, dishonorable man and a thief. Don't do any business with Express Restoration. My mom the home owner is a Widow. Shame on this man for treating a widow this way!

Express Restoration helped us address the water damages that occurred when our basement sump pump failed. They were professional, always showed up on time and completed everything they said they would do. They had excellent communication skills and really listened to us. They paid attention to the little details and provided a high quality service. I highly recommend them!
