Description of Work: Everything went rather well. So far, I am pleased...Of course, it hasn't snowed yet. The basement awning, I wanted especially for the heavy snow falls not to fill up my basement and hopefullly the awnings will, as he assured me, hold up to strong winds also - overall, to provide weather protection. We try very hard to provide all our customers with a high grade product. We do install all of our line of shading products including window awnings for the past 30 years so I believe this comment does not reflect the company correctly. Jobs are priced out according to the size and installation of each job. Some homes have a more difficult installation and placement of the awning then others which would affect the price. Unfortunately, we were never contacted by this member as we have no record of her calling. If pricing was an issue it could have been discussed with our representative so that we may get a better understands and correct any issues but customer never addressed there concerns. Description of Work: They put in a medal awning over my small deck. First the sales rep. came |made measurements asked what type and color I wanted and ordered the awning. Several days later the Forman came and verified the measurements. |The day the awning was to be installed they came when they said they would on time. Went to work and one two three the job was completed. They cleaned up and asked me to inspect the job to see if I was happy and I was. I would recommend Dart Awnings.

Description of Work: They erected a 22'x10' semi rigid awning on my front porch. They used the wrong part on the down spout thus causing water to seep through. They repaired it a week later. They charged $300.00 to haul away debris, thus, the "C" rating on price.
