I contacted Bill when I found my water heater leaking terribly. HE kept in contact contact in what to do and when he'd be coming over with parts. After he assessed the situation, he promptly advised a urgent repair luckily that day. I am thankful to have Bill service my home and replace the tank. We have hot water now, just need a restoration team!

Bill added Freon and also leak fluid. A/C is now running super cool. Bill is friendly and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

Bill was professional, kind, and punctual. He came to assess the issue shortly after we called, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly checked all aspects of the unit. We were informed that there was a leak in the unit, and that he would be converting the system to replace the Freon. He returned the following day as promised, and made all necessary repairs. Bill was very neat, always removing his shoes as he walked through our house. He was respectful and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Bill was terrific (as always)! He was communicative and thorough. What I love about Bill's work ethic is that he does not just do a "quick fix" he takes the time to find out why there was a problem in the first place. This is the type of boiler repair ethic you need when safety is a top priority. Bill is also on call throughout the evening as well and even on the coldest of nights...he really does care about his customers' well-being.

Once again, Bill went above and beyond.... he not only fixed the leaky pipes, he cleared some drains that were backing up, and he even fixed some lighting for us. When Bill answers my call, I know we're in good hands and things will be fixed right (and he's so darn nice)......we would highly recommend him!

Bill was very responsive. He answered my million questions all professionally and respectfully. He told me upfront the cost to make the repair.

My water heater broke. I called Bill at 7 in the morning. And that was on sa Saturday! And what he said to me, "Get a cup of coffee and I will be there with a new heater for you." I have been dealing with him for years.

He saved the day! Bill braved the harsh weather to help us. Definitely a bit pricey considering he was only at our house 30 minutes, but we loved him and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Bill is AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and honest. Came in, no b.s., didnt even want a cup of coffee because he was just there to work (VERY personable though), and got it done in like literally 20minutes. So at that point we just asked him to look into a few other things and clean the system, replace filter/gaskets and it still cost A FRACTION OF THE PRICE quoted by others for JUST the initial fix. A+++ ALL AROUND!!! Personable and friendly, and didnt care if someone stood over his shoulder because he was confident in his work and had nuthin to hide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very happy with the work and results. The price was high, but that's to be expected when you need a boiler repaired in cold weather.

I had Bill come to check my gas boiler before heating season began. It hadn't been looked at in a few years. I left a message for an appointment, but shortly thereafter in the late afternoon he called and said he was in the neighborhood so he came right away. He checked out the boiler, cleaned the glass tube, etc. He also recommended some additional work for the future, but was not pushy about it (like the past 2-3 boiler guys have been). While he was here, I asked it he could replace an outdoor faucet that was broken and he fixed that too. He worked quickly and efficiently and charged a reasonable price. Really nice guy too.

Bill and crew called the morning of the job to tell me they were on the way, came on time, got right to work, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done with no surprises. Work area was kept clean, you would not know they were there after they left. Price was competitive. I would definitely use them again.

Bill and his worker Jim worked liked a well oiled machine. Bill told me the job would only take one day and that it did. Bill took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything I needed to know and do in the future. I believe they left the area cleaner than it was before they started.

very well he really cared about what he was doing worked very neat and clean. We also took him on as our HVAC in our building we expect a long term relationship with him his whole team are all very good.

It went great! He responded to our initial call in a timely manner. Also, he called when he said he would , and showed up on time on the agreed upon day.

Bill did an absolutely great job. Although I called him after 8 p.m. in the evening, Bill turned up and worked on my boiler for an hour or more later that night. When it became clear that the problem was more complicated that I first thought, he found a solution that gave me temporary hot water. I appreciate the fact that he was especially adamant in finding that temporary solution when he realized that I had an infant in the home with me. That type of concern and thoughtfulness is rare. Additionally, Bill got in touch with the tech support for the boiler on several occasions advocating on my behalf and ensuring that I wasn't being short changed. Thanks to his persistence, they replaced several components in the boiler and now I feel more confident it will be a while before another major service is required.
