Bill was great. Being my oil burner was older, he actually brought some common parts with him for possible repair needs. He found the problem in a timely manner and made the thing run well again. And speaking of manners, he treated my home with respect as most service guys could take a few lessons from Bill. I will definitely refer his business out to friends and family.

We hired Bill Wiener’s Heating & Cooling Services Inc. to install our new oil boiler/gas water heater. From the beginning of my conversation with Bill, he was knowledgable & transparent. He patiently answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process as to what I needed and did not. Bill knew how important it was to have our heating equipment installed before the weather dropped and gave us an immediate date to start. The job itself, was seamless, neat and completed in two days. Bill is honest, humble and I highly recommend him for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Well I must say again Bill and Jim did a great job installing our new A/C units. They showed up every day in the evening and when they left it was like they were never here and this is for real. This is the group to hire for your A/C and heat needs. Bill,Paula and Jim you guys are great.

Bill worked tirelessly to find the leak in my a/c system (94* degrees). He was under the house and checked each connection until he found the problem. I am so pleased with his work ethic and professional service. He fixed the issue, and now I will not need to recharge. Bill arrived on schedule, no mess in my home. I love that he is proficient in his mechanic skills and would certainly use him again.

My Central Air conditioning unit had not been working for months. I have a contract with a heating and cooling service company, who came to diagnose the problem. They were unable to get the unit working and suggested that I purchase a whole new unit. I told them to prepare an estimate for me, and after several weeks and several calls, they had still not provided me one. I called another repairman who said he would look into it as well and never got back to me. Frustrated, I decided to try someone else once again, and called Bill, due to the many positive reviews I had read. Bill answered the phone himself and made himself available to come check my unit the same day. He was prompt,courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, and was able to get the unit to operate so that we could get some comfort from the sweltering heat we've experienced over the last month. He also provided me information on the spot as to my options going forward. His price was reasonable in relation to the work performed. I would not hesitate to use Bill again in the future,as well as highly recommend him to those needing his service.

Our summer infernal hyperthermic excruciation has been put to an end. We hired several other AC workers, but they couldn’t fix my old late 80s compressors and find new compressors of compatible types to my air handlers... (While everyone has different suppliers, so it’s understandable) I called Mrs Paula after roaming through angie’s List and she immediately informed her husband, Mr.Bill , about my scorching nightmare, and Mr Bill decided to come inspite of that it was late in the night. He quickly diagnosed that my compressors were grounded and couldn’t be reactivated after 25-30 years of diligent work. Time to let them Rest In Peace. Next morning, he contacted his suppliers and got two brand new compressors, more modern and efficient. While installing, he and Mr. Gim patiently answered my questions, although most of them were questions of complete laymen ;-) and Mrs Paula did excellence work discussing with me about fare issue and further plan. Although I didn’t enjoy cooling the first night after installation due to power outage in virtue of an unexpectedly powerful thunder storm, now I have gone through that painful heat crisis and enjoy good sleep! We woke up and the central air conditioning was not running in my home. Upon my calling him, Bill was more than responsive as he came over to diagnose and repair the problem not once but twice within a month's period. Initially it was a bad fuse in the blower but it turned out to be a faulty control panel. Bill's professionalism and "never-say-die" attitude was able to make the repairs and get the system up and running on a hot day. He has earned a place in my phone as the go-to guy.

Bill Wiener & his mechanic Jim did a great job installing a new 50 gal water heater.. Bill's price was very competitive. He was able to give me a quote via text after I sent him pics of the old tank. They were here about 3 hours. They carted away my old water heater & left no waste behind. Bill also flushed out my gas boiler as a courtesy & checked my heating system.

Bill did an excellent job in installing my new 50 gallon hot water heater. Bill and his assistant Jimmy were professional in the execution of the installation of the new hot water heater. Bill explained the mechanics of the heater. I found that information most useful. Bill also offered advice on concerns I had about my boiler. The advice was much appreciated and I followed up on it. Bill was punctual and executed the job in a timely manner. His price is fair compared to other estimates I received. Bill removed and disposed of the old hot water heater leaving my boiler room neat and clean!

It went very well. Bill answered my call immediately and was here within 2 hours. He gave me a very fair price and is very professional. Bill took the time to explain exactly what was needed to complete the job. He also advised me on maintaining the boiler. It was a pleasure doing business with Bill and will definitely call him again when I need maintenance or any other work on the boiler.

Bill is extremely trustworthy and his work is impeccable. He’s there when he says he will be there and does everything the right way the first time. Price was right. Work is done timely and everything was clean.

We had no heat. The boiler would not turn on. Bill was prompt. He diagnosed the problem right away and his work was very neat. He's also a really nice guy. I would hire him again!

Once again Bill saved the day. I called Bill on Monday morning because there was water in my basement; he came within an hour to assess the problem. The pipe within my wall was cracked & needed to be replaced. He had us up and running the very next day....and everything is neat and clean when he leaves. Bill has a special way about him - he's so caring and professional. I trust him totally, & if you have a plumbing problem, Bill Wiener is your guy!!!

I found Bill through a friend who swears by him. Now I know why. His prices were fair and his workmanship impeccable. He showed up when he said he would, took care to protect my carpeting, floors and walls and got a really big job done quickly and efficiently. While he was here, I had two other plumbing issues unrelated and he quickly took care of those too. Bill is my new “go to guy” for all my plumbing needs.

After a three day long ordeal with another company who shall remain nameless, I contacted Bill after reading his reviews on Angie's List. Bill answered my call promptly in the morning and even though he had a busy day ahead of him he promised me he would come in the evening. Sure enough, Bill texted me in the evening and arrived right as schedule as promised. He took one look at the situation without me even mentioning what happened with the previous company and went right to work. He informed me that the piping was originally done incorrectly when the boiler was put in about 10 years ago and that he would repair it accordingly I was originally told the job would take about four hours (again previous company) but Bill moved like marathon runner and finished under an hour and a half. Complete gentleman and true to his word which goes a long way with me...you just don't find that in many contractors/tradesmen anymore. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Bill for anything that may arise in the future and you should too....you won't regret it

Ended up replacing the thermostat - which in hind sight I should’ve tried myself before calling but he checked the voltage to make sure everything was originally installed correctly and then gave me the new thermostat at cost. Very nice man.

We are going into our 2nd year with Bill and I must say these are one of those people that you have to hold on to. His work is top notch the way he sets up for any project his on time performance is untouchable His partner Jim is also top notch they work like a well oiled machine. When you call there office You will speak with Paula its like speaking to someone you've know for years a very good listener. So as to date we are very happy with them and we hope for many years to come. Thank you Bill, Paula and Jim.

Bill answered my initial call personally. (Miracles do happen). He responded to my home to assess the situation the following day. My old hot water heater was breaking down and producing rusty water. He educated me about the various hot water heaters that were on the market and he recommending he thought would be the best one for me. It took several days to order the heater and when it came in he responded in no time at all to install. Bill and a helper worked without stop for about 5 hours to install in a hot and humid basement. He also replaced five valves that were extremely corroded. My basement was left immaculate.. The heater, a Turbomax, looks and works great. I was so happy with Bill's service that I referred him to my son who needed some advice on some plumbing issues he was having and he responded immediately. I've had pretty good luck with Angie's List in the past but this was my best experience by far. I also have to add that Bill is a real gentleman who really knows his work and takes pride in it. Bill is awesome and so is his wife Paula. There was a heat wave and my AC was only blowing warm air. Bill came in the afternoon and fixed it. By morning it was blowing warm air again. I emailed bill at 8 in the morning and they called me back in 5 minutes said he's on his way. After a few attempts to fix the old unit, and explaining everything along the way, it turns out I needed (or should get b/c this unit was from the 90's) a new compressor. Bill made a call, got one, and installed it in the SAME DAY. The speediness was a huge help to me because my two kids are 1 & 2, so it was 85 degrees in their rooms without the AC. On top of it all, Paula stopped by during the job to introduce herself and check all was well.... both of them sweethearts. I dont write many reviews, but go for Bill.
