It was a successful conversion. We are so happy with gas heat. I would totally recommend using Bill for this service and other plumbling needs within your home. He is also a really nice guy too!

Excellent, Bill is very knowledge in the workings of my heating system. He knows how properly service and maintain the direct power vent exhaust and high out hot water coil. I have not had any issues with heating and hot water since I have started using Bill's service. I also greatly appreciate how professional, clean and respectful Bill is when is working at my home.

Bill Wiener is an able and accomplished professional technician. He comes with a well equipped truck and is a very good diagnostician. He installed the church's three boilers which was a total replacement for the 50 year old boiler that was a very large project indeed. Last year he removed and then installed four new air conditioning units. This was also a major undertaking and it was handled quite well. Bill and company had to fabricate and mate the new technology and a/c units into the original air handling equipment. As the property committee chairman,I am quite comfortable with Bill and he always explains exactly what he needs to do and how he is going to go about it. I find his prices quite reasonable for the work that he performs.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Bill. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked well with our contractor and electricians in order to help the job go smoothly. Bill and his team are neat and clean and did a fantastic job on every aspect of our project.

He was extremely prompt in his arrival. He acted very professional and took the time to explain everything to me that he needed to do and why. He also showed me what he was going to do and I completely understood it as he explained everything to me in a manner that I would understand. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. A great business man as well as a very experienced workman. I will definitely have him back again if I need servicing on my heating and cooling systems. I felt very comfortable with his pricing and honesty!!!!!!!!!!

The garbage disposal was installed timely with no issues. Bill is also the cleanest worker we've ever had in our house. We've used him for bigger jobs in the past and everyone was handled exactly the same. Never an issue and treats the house likes it's his own. Our first experience with Bill was some years ago when our kids were young and our gas heater broke down during an extremely cold night. We made numerous calls without getting anywhere until a neighbor gave us his name and Bill was over within a couple of hours and gave us back our heat. We recently recommended Bill to a friend who had him install a new heating system and they were thrilled with his professionalism.

I have never had a complaint on any of the work he has performed for my company. I get comments from my customers about how clean he works, how professional and polite Bill and his team are. I enjoy a level of comfort knowing that my customers are getting exactly what they expect and in most cases more. You might find a better price, but you cannot find a better installation.

In both projects all aspects proceeded very smoothly from start to finished . All equipment , materials required for both projects delivered to site the previous day and work started the next day and continued until completed . Exceeded my expectations in all phases including ongoing cleanup of work site and protection of areas inside the house . There was no delays or disagreements . Mr. B. Wiener has many years of experienced and knowledge with heating and cooling systems and a professional person with high workmanship standards .

Bill is a professional. He is friendly and takes his time expalining what needs to be done. He is definitely my 'plumber of choice' and I would recommend him without reservation.

All of the jobs were done timely and professionally. They come on time and set up the work area to prevent damage to the carpet, walls and furniture. They work neatly and are very thorough. The oil burner is like a work of art. They come back to follow up and make sure things are running correctly. The placement of the equipment is planned out for the most efficient use of the space. They are very experienced.

His crew arrived on time everyday until the work was completed All permits and inspections were completed There were no cost overruns We are extremely happy with Bill's work ethic

THEY COME OUT AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY GIVE ME AN ASSESSMENT ON WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE DOING. ALWAYS SEND CLEAN SHAVEN WORKERS OUT AND THEY ARE NOT DIRTY.
