At first everything was beautiful. Then after the first year, a few plants died which, because of the two year guarantee, Atlantic Nursery replaced them at no charge. During the second year, disappointingly, several others died. My wife called several times and was given an attitude by the woman on the phone even though they gave us a 2 year guarantee and we were still within that window. Several calls later, again with a bad attitude, the guys came (unannounced) and replaced SOME of the shrubs that died or did not come back but not everything. I cut my losses and didn't pursue the rest of them as I should have but I was done dealing with them.

I always stop in the nursery to browse and ask for advice. There is always someone available to help. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I usually pick up some hanging baskets in spring/ summer and some fall plantings. Always ask in advance about the return policy. The manager did give me a small free Mumm plant after hurricane Sandy when I told him part of my house and landscape were badly damaged.

Very good experience

I highly recommend them. They extensively landscaped our property in the front and back yard. They put new patio, bricking, and fencing. They completely changed the look of our house. They are amazing. Their landscaping artist designed and worked with us. They did a very good work and it looks fabulous. The landscaping looks show stopping. The entire company was responsive. It was an expensive project. They were here as soon as I call. They still come quickly if there is an issue. They are very responsive. Their plants are of high quality. Everybody who works there is extremely helpful and take care of what needs to be taken care of. They are great. Their price was a little high but I don’t complain as the work they did was so good and tough.
