Description of Work: Bernard Lindquist, a Norton Bros. partner, and his two-man crew did a new metal roof on our house. We paid for materials in September and they didn't start the job until November although it was supposed to be the first week of October. They did not get a building permit until our code enforcement officer showed up on the job site on December 01 although Bernard told me several times that he had one and just needed to bring it to our house and post it. When finished two days later, the roof was a mess and completely wrong. We had to have it all torn off and redone by a different contractor. Bernard has agreed to refund our money in payments and we received the first payment of $1,000.00 on April 06. He promised three payments - April 01, May 01 and June 01.

I'm really upset at how many messages I left with no return phone call. Even if its to say they're to busy. Not courteous whatsoever
