It was in timely manner and they found a less expensive way to fix the problem than they had originally thought. They were supposed to call me that they go the part but the receptionist forgot to call me. they left the area very clean.

I had another quote from another company I called and I'm glad I spoke to Gugino's as well because he informed me that to change the routing of the ducts would not really serve to improve the flow of the heating I had. The other company that quoted me was ready to charge me big time to do it, but Gugino's was honest enough to say I really didn't need to do it. As per code the duct work had to stay as is, I'm glad I called him. He also re-connected a thermostat I had that had been previously disconnected and moved upstairs and told me the current one was not serving me well because it was positioned under a heating vent. Small repair took care of it all. I admire this company's honesty!

Good, prompt. Detailed estimate. I decided to not have the work done but they are somebody I will consider when i decide to actually do the work. Good recommendations from neighbors that have used this company.

Day one they dropped the old bathtub and broke our front steps, but failed to tell us about it. Then when I confronted them he asked if they could just try to patch them - we insisted on a complete repair. Details discussed about the design were left out - ask for a detailed drawing and insist on knowing how much each item is costing. The project was supposed to be done in July or early August. They just finished at the end of October because of a delay with the cabinets, then ran out of tile because they had to rework parts done incorrectly, the shower door was another slow down. All in all, there was poor communication, attention to detail and quality control - tiles had to be pulled up and reset on the floor because they stuck up above the others, finish details were left out and had to be redone, some trim pieces were installed even though they did not fit and then ultimately needed to be removed. Some basic plumbing procedures were not done, such as plugging the sewer pipe while the toilet was disconnected. None of these corrections would have been done had we not complained. The bathtub sat on the front lawn for two weeks until I requested it be removed - same with a trailer that was left there even though work had ceased while they waited for more materials. We are still waiting for our key to be returned, even though it was promised 10 days ago. The final product is close to what I had wanted, but it felt like an uphill battle to get it. We have another bathroom that needs to be remodeled but we will be looking for someone else.

He was on time and fit us in really quick. Professional and amazing knowledge saved me money on replacing a part that he got to work without replacing.

Again, we use them all the time for plumbing jobs - we have had them here to clear drains, fix sump pumps, remodel bathrooms, fix garbage disposals - you name it! We're considering getting central air, and I will not hesitate to call them for an estimate. You can be assured they will do the job well and in a timely manner. Everyone charges a lot - I feel I get my money's worth with Gugino's and it is worth it.

We had a sewage backup in our basement on a Saturday. Having seen their truck around town and finding them online we gave them a call. Service rep showed up shortly and temporarily corrected the problem. They came back at a later date to do a video check of the sewage line and did find a problem caused by the village (who did then come fix the problem). They were prompt, helpful, professional, and very kind. Also showed up very quickly for a weekend. We were very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again.

The estimate was right on - and they were willing to work with us to make the package more affordable and meet our needs. They were fast, clean, and very accommodating from start to finish. Shortly after the project was completed, we had some issues with leaks and they came in promptly and resolved them. We love our new bathroom and would use them again in a heartbeat. They are also EXCELLENT in emergency situations and have come through countless times when we've had issues in other areas.
