Description of Work: Have had several things done by them, new gas furnace, bathroom fittings, leaking pipes, etc. Always very polite, good quality. I like the fact that they triage their calls. If you call in winter with no heat, you get priority over someone calling with non-urgent matters. If you have a flood they address your need first over someone that wants a new faucet installed.

+ 1 moreWe contacted the company within the past couple of weeks with a number of plumbing matters from leaks, to water heaters, whole house water filter, slow drains and are still waiting. The receptionist/scheduler was very short with us indicating that other clients were of higher urgency. After calling back to see if we were still on their list, we were treated with the same snippy response. When we asked if we should seek another plumber, she said that would be a good idea. Perhaps the person who answers the phone could use some communication skills that do not detract from the skills of the plumbers. We did call another plumber.
Description of Work: We had used this company in the past with satisfactory experience. They had repaired a water heating line that burst, caused by the negligence of a different plumbing company.
