+ 1 moreOf our 3 projects with Copar we can say everything was first rate A+. The estimates were meticulously prepared and the projects brought in at or below estimate pricing. The quality- superb, seams line up, things fit, and all done with a smile from every worker. An important thing to remember with Copar is that the workers are on yearly payroll. You get the same people and the same quality each time. This is not spot labor that can be very hit or miss. If you are looking for quality that will save money in the long run, Copar Construction is the way to go.
Description of Work: 3 separate events about $23,000. 1. installation of main entrance door and trapezoid window above. This has been a problem area in the home for many years. Copar did correct assessment of the problem, did not suggest a quick fix and they didn't go for the "this won't cost as much" solution. You get what you pay for in quality and experience from Copar. They did proper measurements critical to satisfactory results. Everything was on schedule and the framing, painting and match of colors etc. was perfect. 2. new roof. Copar presented several options, did proper assessment of technical issues on the roof seams, brought us samples and was able to send us to references as to satisfaction, color & style of actual roofing jobs. Beastly hot weather at install. The guys were great, never a negative word. Professional all the way around. The people who work for Copar do so all year round on a payroll. This is not spot labor that can be hit or miss. 3. sealing of crawl space. I cannot think of a nastier job. Copar removed all previous insulation & evidence of deceased or live rodent tracings. Replaced some beams in the area & installed all new insulation and sealants, including a moisture barrier flooring. The guys were so nice and pleasant and this was really nasty. So far this is working great. We are in the first winter since the work and the room above the crawl space is warmer and no moldy odors or evidence of critters.

+ 1 moreCoPar also installed a Pela door and storm door at our house. They measured correctly, they were right on schedule with installation date and finish. The door is snug and fits, including the screen/storm door. As the weather changed and minor adjustments were necessary they were right there to take care of any minor issues. Very happy and satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: This company is great. The estimates were right on, punctual as to calendar start and finish dates. Quality work with insulation and roofing. Neat, clean workers. Can't say enough good things about them.
