Description of Work: I had a two family house with a detached 3 car garage inspected. They were very responsive and always very courteous. I was impressed the the thoroughness and amount of details in the final report. I hope to have the opportunity to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: This was a 2 part home inspection where Frank performed the initial inspection on a Thursday, left the radon traps, and performed the water test while we, the buyers, weren't present. That Saturday he returned to give us the walkthrough of issues he found with the property. Frank was extremely thorough in is inspection, explained things very well, and provided an extremely detailed written report with severity ratings, pictures, etc.. This is the 2nd time I used Prime and couldn't recommend them more to people looking to buy homes in the Catskills.
