Carlos and his crew were excellent. They did a beautiful job siding the house and replacing a window. Very neat, cleaned up everyday. Very courteous! Took their time taking down old siding and installing new siding. I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely beautiful!

Everything went great Pete and Paul and their crew were excellent! Very professional. They did a great job and left everything spotless! When tearing down the existing siding, they found water damage on one corner of the garage. They did all needed repairs at a fair price.

Excellent, from estimate to completion, Peter, Paul, Carlos and the rest of the crew were courteous and professional. The price discussed was the price at comoletion, no up charging during the job. The job was completed in the exact time it would said it would take. You can see the work is professional and that these have been doing it a long time. My house was totally clean after they were done, you wouldn't have known they were there.

I met with Pete at my home which was being lifted. He came on time and explained everything that had to be done. On our next appointment he came to my apartment with samples and showed me all the options. He gave me a price and a list of houses the company completed in the area along with references. What more could I ask for? When I called to tell him I was ready to start the crew came within a week. They worked hard all day (past 5) and through the weekend to get the job done. The weather was bad but no one complained. There were other workers around them and again no one complained. I cant express how happy I am with Thermo Siding Corp and all the guys who treated me and my home with a respect you don't see anymore. The finished product is beautiful because of their attention to detail and experience. If I could give them more than a ten I would.

You will have Paul, one of the company owners working on your job every day and Pete, the other owner stopping by on a daily basis to oversee the project and support the crew. They promised that we would be happy with the results and the delivered on that promise. We could not be happier with the workmanship and with the whole experience.

Pete Petrochilos and his entire team were extremely professional and the workmanship was superb. They came when they said they would come and cleaned up after they finished their work each day. They were polite and dedicated. Pete was a real gentleman and kept his word on everything that he promised. If there was a concern, he answered his phone, no matter what the hour and resolved every situation to my complete satisfaction. His business ethics are of the highest standard and truly unheard of in todays marketplace. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking to have high quality work done without worry or frustration and with the added knowledge that he backs up all his work. Although his price may have been a bit higher than some, the materials he used, including the insulation, gutters, siding etc. were of the best quality and warranted the very slightly higher cost. He did a beautiful job! I have a friend who is extremely knowledgeable and very discerning. He has already had commented on the flawlessness of Pete's work and now want to use him as well. Addendum: I had a question a year later about a section of the siding on the upstairs deck. He drove out to my house in the heat and heavy beach traffic (about an hour) and explained to me why it had been done the way it was done (correctly, I might add). He wouldn't even take a dime for his trouble. This is just the kind of service and consideration that can be expected of him.

The whole experience with this company was amazing. None of the headaches you usually have when having a major job done on your home. From start to finish we were very pleased. My husband, who is super particular and feels he has to watch anyone who works on our home, never felt he had to watch the Thermosiding crew. We had complete confidence in them from day one.

Our experience with Thermosiding was absolutely incredible. Not only are they expert craftsmen, they are also the hardest working,kindest, most patient men you would ever want to work on your house. They arrived every day between 9 and 9:30, and rarely left before 6:30pm. When we were unsure about something, they took all the time we needed to explain what they were doing or show us different options, so we could make a choice. Their number one concern was to make us happy, and they definitely accompished that goal. We chose light gray siding and blue shutters, but what made our house different was our request for red trim around different areas of the house to make it really stand out. Paul, the foreman, walked down the block with me so I could show him a house that had the look I wanted with the trim, and he said "No problem." It was enormous amount of extra work for them, but they never complained. It came out absolutely beautiful, our house looks magnificent. I loved the crew so much I baked them chocolate chip cookies and brownies. The next day, the boss, Peter, knocked on my door at lunch time and said "You cooked yesterday, I cooked today!" In one hand he had a plate of delicious baked eggplant, and in the other a delicious tomato salad with feta cheese and onions. And, an entire loaf of italian bread. Several times during the construction process Peter cooked lunch for the crew, and always had a plate for me. That's just the kind of guys they were. When they were just about finished with the job, my husband walked around to the back of the house and saw Paul working on some screens. He asked, "What are you doing?" Paul replied, "I'm replacing all your screens that have paint on them." That was practically every screen in the house, since the last painter we had was a slob. We certainly never asked Paul to do that, and we were not charged for that. Again, a beautiful act of kindness on Paul's part. I was sorry to see the job end because we will definitely miss the crew. I hope a million people stop by our house and ask who did the work. It will be my pleasure to recommend Thermosiding.

Unbelievably well...the crew was so tedious about the job and neat as well. When the old roof came off and they left for the day you would have never known they were here except for their equipment in the yard. They actually cleaned the roof dust off of my neighbors houses before they left for the day. And Pete the owner never took a dollare until the work was done. That is Confidence in your work!!!! And trust in people...The finished product looks magnificent! I have already referred him to 3 people and will continue to sing the praises of Thermo Siding Corp. Thank you! Also, the best price around for such exceptional work!

Overall it was a great experience. The men could be trusted to execute and deliver on a job promised. They never left the site during the day. Worked very long hours for four days. Cleaned up every day. No garbage left on the site. They were ahead of schedule. They never rushed the job paying a great deal of attention to detail. The house looks brand new. I have seen his other projects at different locations in NYC and those house still look brand new. The quality of work is amazing. The great part of the project is that you can walk around the house with Pete and Paul and go over details. They were very patient. I wish more contractors could be like them. They defiinitely take high pride in their work and don't believe in short cuts. Price was very reasonable.

It went great. Everything was awesome. These guys were definitely the best craftsmen I have ever seen. They were here for a couple days and were very efficient. Their pricing was pretty reasonable.

The crew arrived promptly each day and cleaned up each afternoon. They treated our home and gardens as they would their own. We continue to receive compliments on their work and our "new" home!

Extremely well. From the time the crew arrived until the time they left we were continually impressed by their work ethic, the quality of the work and the quality of the workers. A finely choreographed group of workers hit the ground running, each knowing their own responsibilities be it creating trim, hanging siding or picking up stripped shingles. Their work was done beautifully and each day they cleaned up and left things in good order. When issues arose, whether carpentry or electrical, the supervisor was there with suggestions and the names of craftsmen who could help. The job was done beautifully, on time and on estimate (the price was competitive with the competition, and Thermosiding did not ask for or take a dime until the job was completed to our satisfaction). The compliments from our neighbors have been endless and we are thrilled with the results. We recommend them without hesitation.

After soliciting and receiving a number of estimates we decided to go with Thermosiding Corp whose estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest. We felt very comfortable with the presentation by the owner Pete whose willingness to work with our schedules, promptness in supplying a number of references that we could check and policy of not accepting any payment until the end of the project impressed us significantly. The workers are a consummate group of professionals dedicated to doing quality work in the most respectful, attentive and courteous manner. They treated the premises as if it were their own. They turned up on time, worked diligently and at the end of each day not a scrap of debris was left on the premises. The finished product looks excellent prompting many comments from neighbors who are impressed with the quality and level of craftsmanship. We are grateful to the Thermosiding crew for taking such pride in their work and for their pleasant and professional conduct.

Thermo Siding is a group of experienced professionals who have restored my faith in quality workmanship at an affordable price. Thermo Siding came highly recommended to me, but I still needed to get my own estimates as well. I knew siding over brick involved much more work than the average siding job. They weren't the cheapest, and they weren't the most expensive, but I couldn't have been happier when the job was completed. They began and finished on schedule. They arrived on time each and every day. They cleaned up after each day and did a major clean up after the work was completed. The same workers were there on the job from start to finish. The boss showed up every day to make sure everything was going as planned. The workers couldn't have been a nicer group of people. They paid attention to the fine details and did not take any payment until the job was completed, and I was completely satisfied with the job. Unheard of but true.

THERMO SIDING DID A GREAT JOB ON MY HOME. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN HOW IT LOOKED BEFORE AND HOW IT LOOKS NOW. THEY ALSO HAVE REASONABLE PRICING THAT COMPARES TO OTHER COMPANIES.
