As Long Island’s premiere tile and masonry contractor, we offer a full range of services from interior and exterior new construction and design work to restorations and repairs. We offer all aspects of interior and exterior tile as well as all masonry work including complete or partial renovations. We also offer free inspections of your existing masonry work and will check for possible need of maintenance or repair, repair or sealing which will save you from having potential problems down the road. Description of Work: They refurbished our front and side steps (2 entrances) of our house. I was really surprised that the price was SO good, and the work was done SO quickly. They have a knack for this sort of thing, and they know their craft.

Description of Work: Called him for an estimate on my front stoop which needs repair. I made an appointment for a specific day and time. He came by but, didn't have the common decency to knock on my door and talk to me in person. He called later with a price for the repair, but couldn't talk to me face to face to see what else I may have wanted. Not very professional in my book .

I am sorry you were unhappy with your recent experience - Shawn did come by to look at it earlier in the day since he was in the area and our office manager called you back to try and make an alternative time to meet since we needed to reschedule, we never heard back from anyone after we left two messages, a price and tried to make arrangements for Shawn to meet you. In the 20 years we have been in business we've found that most homeowners who are looking for small repair work understand that it's hard to schedule and estimate for such jobs in the height the season and are happy to receive a preliminary price after the owner makes a visual inspection. This is a necessary part of business when our schedule is extremely busy and time can be limited. If you are still in need of your repair please give us a call we will be happy to get you scheduled in.
